Sleep Inn is a good value. New Hunan Chinese within walking distance. Great food.
Pros:

Spacious room, excellent bed. Close proximity to the freeway.

Cons:

Short-staffed upon arrival. There was only one desk attendant and she did her best given the circumstances. Elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Lamp was not working because some outlets didnt have poiwer. Could use a hook outside of shower for towels. Just small inconveniences. Adapt and overcome.

The name is not false advertising.
Pros:

Overall Vibe: After 15 nights on the road, this is where we finally exhaled. Comfortable, clean, well-staffed, and the kind of place that makes you want to linger.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

The name is not false advertising. The beds at the Sleep Inn are exceptionally comfortable — soft, supportive, and apparently irresistible. Every member of my family independently decided they wanted to stay in bed longer than usual. After two weeks of varied lodging across the west, that is not a small thing. This was, unanimously, the best place we stayed across 15 nights of travel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped — no surprises, no deficiencies, just a well-executed hotel room that does exactly what it promises.

The staff was excellent. Ms. Beach deserves a specific mention — helpful, warm, and the kind of hospitality that actually registers after a long travel day.

THE ONE CAVEAT

Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. For road-trippers keeping late-night driving hours, that’s early. We wished they’d stretch it just a little longer.

BOTTOM LINE

If you’re driving I-94 through Montana and need a stop that will actually restore you, Miles City’s Sleep Inn delivers. Don’t rush out of those beds.

Hidden gem!
Pros:

The beds were exceptionally comfortable! Each member of my family took to heart the “Sleep inn” and we all wanted to stay in bed longer, we were that comfortable. The staff was excellent and helpful especially Ms. Beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. After traveling for 15 nights we all agreed that this was the best place we stayed.

Cons:

Breakfast ends at 9, which was early for us.

Look for a better rate as the hotel is basic!
Pros:

Staff was nice! Rooms Overpriced!
Pool was tiny and lackluster.
Free breakfast was basically not worth money anyway.
I’d look to stay elsewhere next time.
