The restaurant connected to the hotel was disappointing. We waited for an hour without having our order taken. Moreover, the main reason we chose to stay there was for the pool, which was unfortunately closed the entire time we were there.
Everyone was friendly and the location was great. Very close to many attractions!
The only thing I didn't like was that when I got a suite the pictures showed there was a couch and there was not
Stayed for a youth wrestling tournament. The hotel was very accommodating to our group. JJ, Ray, Kristin, Amy and all of the breakfast/bar staff were outstanding!
Shuttle driver Jimmy was great! He ran into traffic. Called me to update then called again when he arrived at the airport. I appreciated being kept in the loop. He was personable on the short drive to the airport.
Team member Brandi at the front desk is always friendly and professional, as are all the others, James, Malissa, Maddy and Briann. I stay 3 nights per week on business and they all make us feel like family.
JJ and rae were great hosts at the breakfast and dinner. Excellent service.

From the moment we walked in, Jen (JJ) and Rae went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — you can tell they takes pride in what they do. They answered all our questions, made us feel welcome, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but JJ’s and Rae’s customer service is what truly set this stay apart. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like more than just a guest — they made us feel valued.
If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to meet JJ and Rae. They a huge asset to this place. We’ll definitely be back!
Great place honestly everyone is so nice but what really stuck out where two people who made me feel like I was home Jen (jj) and Rae. They're are the nicest people by far. Definitely will be back and with my family!

We had a party here and everything was great! Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating! The rooms were excellent! The best part of both Friday and Saturday night was the bartender Jenn! She did an amazing job and was on top of her game! We were never waiting for another drink! She also makes the best Lemon drop shots! Great job Jenn! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!
We have stayed here several times and this is the first time we used the extended parking. Rooms are always good and we love the restaurant. The shuttle service was great our driver was Brian. We will definitely stay again and use the parking service. Please thank Brian for the great service!
