Not worth the price!
Pros:

It was not worth the price. Everything was mediocre at best. The food for the breakfast was utterly disgusting and we could not eat it. The dining area was filthy. Everything was a bit run down and felt like a cheap hotel. It was not worth the price.

Cons:

Not clean, cheap, bad food, too expensive, jets were broken in the jacuzzi, it felt run down.

Great stay Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Staff was great Bed comfortable Breakfast was best I’ve had at any Holiday inn. Except no cinnamon buns

Cons:

Kids from 9 PM to after 11PM Jumping and running around. Parents should maybe not leave children alone in the rooms.

L’hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation majeure. Le rapport qualité prix est disproportionné. Trop cher pour ce qu’on en retire. La propreté laisse à désirer. Il n’y a que 2 serviettes alors qu’on est quatre personnes. Il n’y a pas de d’assiettes, d’ustensiles dans la cuisinette. On doit tout demander. Le déjeuner n’est pas appétissant. Les galettes de dinde sont dures et sèches.

Pros:

We had a problem with a different hotel and was left with no place to stay. I booked this hotel in the parking lot before walking in and everyone treated us like we were family. This is the only place I will stay from now on ... Five stars

Great place...Great employees
Pros:

What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. The employees there, we were helped by Brandi and Jeff the shuttle driver, were truly outstanding and provided us with exceptional customer service. I told my wife not to look any further in the future, book us here at this hotel every time we fly out of Syracuse. Really an all around great place.

Great stay for airport transfer
Pros:

We stayed at the HI in Liverpool on Thursday December 18 for a stay and ride for our trip to Florida. We always stay there as they have a restaurant on-site and free shuttle to the airport. The front desk associates are always friendly and professional. The restaurant, Maplewood Bar & Grill, has a very limited but very good menu. The room was perfect. It was easy to adjust the temperature as it was a bit warm when we first got there. The bed was nice and firm, the shower hot and had great pressure. When we landed at the end of our trip, they actually called to make sure we landed and to tell us the shuttle was on its way.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about Chelsea, the general manager of the hotel. My stay was great and I just had a package get delivered late to the hotel, which was not the hotel's fault at all, but Chelsea not only found the package for me but sent it out to my address at no additional cost. She was quick and efficient in solving my issue and went above and beyond when she did not have to. It was much appreciated and I will be returning to this hotel because of this great service.

Liverpool location was great, the service desk employee polite and helpful, the breakfast staff ( Amy& Rae) were friendly, polite and very outgoing. The pool was clean and warm highly recommend place to stay.

It's a great location. A little disappointed that the pool was not open. Was surprised that there was a full-service restaurant and bar. Room was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was disappointing. The sausage was flavorless, the scrambled eggs and potatoes required LOTS of ketchup and hot sauce to make them semi-palatable. (I've had better breakfasts from an Army field kitchen). The fresh fruit was ok. The croissant I had was stale. Your experience may differ
