Friendly staff. Great location.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Bea was the best !!!
She was sooo helpful and helped us a lot !!
Convenient clean. Friendly staff
Breakfast buffet, great food. Evening snacks were a full dinner. The fountain soda machine was everything after a hot day in the city. Free drinks at the bar at the end of the heat, yes please! Then swimming was great size pool and hot tub.
Small trash cans; Not Drury's fault, they are standard. Vacation makes a lot of trash. There wasn't anywhere to put it besides the small bins and beside them running over.
Clean, comfortable bed, good location for walking to French Quarter or taking public transit places, friendly staff, very good breakfast.

Il n est pas dans le quartier français
Staff was exceptional. Clean free wifi 24 hour coffee and soft drinks. Good breakfast and evening kick back meal
Although I only stayed for one night, the size of the rooms was very impressive. A bedroom AND living room...you don't see that a lot these day. Very spacious!!! Front office staff was very friendly, kind and provided excellent customer service.
The second set of elevators in the lobby (furthest from the front desk, but would have let me off closest to my room) were out of order at night. Didn't like walking that far late at night alone.
I wish this hotel was closer to the French Quarter! I wish it was on Canal Street!! I frequent New Orleans and always stay on Canal.
I didn't get to enjoy the happy hour, free breakfast or dinner (due to other plans). Maybe another time!
The room size, location, the staff was friendly and the kickbacks were nice as well
Better ventilation in the restroom
Le lunch de la soirée 👌
The GM was exceptional. Always smiling and very helpful. Very professional. Front desk staff was very helpful, especially Bea. She went above and beyond what her duties were and therefore stood out as a valuable associate for Drury. She will go far in the hospitality business. I base this on being a manager at a five star hotel years ago and associates like her went far in management at J.W. Marriott Hotels. Also, housekeeping associates were remarkable. Very professional. I consider those associates the hardest workers of the entire hotel.
The AGM seemed too bothered to answer questions for guests. Though I know that his responsibilities are enormous, he seemed rather bothered. The dining room staff for breakfast and diner seemed to not want to be at work. Very, very few smiles. The exception were the individuals serving wine, etc. They were good representatives of the hotel and engaging with guests.
