Good all round
Pros:

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, good positon to french quater, nice pool out doors, good security getting in with card. Staff friendly

The location was on point, walking distance from the super dome. Very clean, and check in was easy. The staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The only bad thing was there wasn’t a coffee pot in the room, and the bad was a little hard for my liking.

Terrible....uncomfortable...outdated and smelly.
Pros:

Food was cold and gross. Kitchen staff was rude and closed down 10 mins early then got rude with me when I asked them to turn juice machine back on.

Cons:

Everything was aweful. Bathroom is dark and small and has no exhaust fan so it's hot and humid after every shower for hours. Room is dark and old. Beds uncomfortable. Free food is gross. Front lobby staff are rude. Lobby smelled like a very strong cologne chemical smell and burned my nostrils. The only thing nice is pool and hot tub. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Aweful experience for my family and I. Ruined our NOLA trip.

This property is exceptional!!! This will be my stay every trip in New Orleans
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Close to Canal and Bourbon St. We were able to walk to wherever we needed to go.

Cons:

The property was very cleaned and maintained. The staff was very polite and courteous. Absolutely love the free breakfast and kickback!!!

Pros:

Secure parking was good (though not cheap)
Bed and pillows very comfortable and WiFi worked well.
Hotel was in a good location, close to the middle (half a mile ish) but not too noisy.

Cons:

Charged my card twice and are ignoring my messages and email.
Some staff were rude (not all)
Couldn't get the car out of the hotel the first morning due to a race. Staff rudely told us there were signs out when we asked why we weren't told the night before during check in (we'd booked a $200 tour). The signs were not obvious - the hotel name was the biggest part on the page - it didn't stand out enough to push us to read it.
Breakfast was very busy and most of it was low quality.

Great place to stay and close to the action.
Pros:

This location has it all. You great free breakfast and dinner, along with 3 selected drinks per day. The grounds and hotel are in great shape and at a great location. You can work to Bourbon Street in less than 20 minutes. Plus, it’s right by the trolley and bus 11 pickup/drop off. They are also pet friendly and have 2 areas for your pets to enjoy outdoors. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help you. I highly recommend this location for your visit.

The beds and room was comfy! The pressure of the shower is weak but the water was super nice and can get pretty hot too.
Pros:

I liked the location! It was cute and felt homey when you walked in. Felt like it was in a convenient spot too

Cons:

Parking price was a whole lot for one night. Didn’t have much of a view of anything out the window

Awesome hotel with a good size room! Clean, friendly & close to everything. We would stay here again!

The all night access to coffee and snack machines. Breakfast and dinner provided. The staff were great and accommodating. Good size room. Close to cruise terminal, Bourbon Street and French Quarter. We would definitely return.
