Pros:

By the Arch and within walking distance to alot of things.

Cons:

The traffic late at night was very loud. I swear they drag raced right by the hotel. The last night I had to call the service desk and complain because it was so loud, and we were 5 stories high.
We were there for 3 nights and didn't rest well at all.

Great hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Location is great for downtown St Louis. The hotel is older but very well kept and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Check in was a hassle. Lots of traffic and then had to move vehicle to a parking garage due to lack of parking at property

It's. Right downtown. So it was perfect walking distance to the arch. It had a pool, which we utilized. Loved the kickback dinner and drinks.

The evening quick start selections were meh.

The absolute parking fiasco. Also, someone on our floor was using marijuana and my husband and I had headaches from smelling it into the wee hours of the morning. We don’t know if it was coming through the vent or under the door. It was putrid.

Cons:

The happy hour needs to be way earlier for events that start at 7pm. We had to skip it.because we had to go early for getting in. Just a thought. 😉

Pros:

Very clean and the staff was super friendly!

Cons:

My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t stocked with towels but given how busy the hotel was at the time (Labor Day weekend) it was understandable!

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Great value, loved the kickback dinner and drinks. We loved the breakfast also. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced. We would definitely book again!
