Overall I had a very positive experience in St. Louis, and this hotel was a big part of it.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I had a minor issue with my bathroom I told the front desk, and within minutes they sent someone up to fix it, and all was well. The free restaurant was an excellent bonus. The staff was very nice there, as well. I had a nice view of the old courthouse from my room. The price for a room with a view near the most famous landmark in a big city was very affordable. My favorite thing about my room was the arm chair with ottoman. It was the best chair I've ever had in a hotel room. Usually the only chair you get is the desk chair, but this time I could actually relax in my room without having to just sit on the bed.

Cons:

There was no bathroom fan. I found that very unusual, but I managed without it.
Also, there was a trash item left on the floor behind the toilet which would have been embarrassing if a staff member had found it and thought it was mine, so I buried it in the trash can as best I could. However they should have cleaned this up before I got there. Other than that, everything was fine.

My first room was an interior room the window faced the lobby next the elevator . People could look into our room made us uncomfortable. We asked to be moved and they did

Staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful! Will more than likely stay here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options, and delicious! Plenty of space to sit and enjoy the meal to start your day!

Cons:

Not horrible, but we were not able to park on site. We have a larger SUV and it was a tight fit in the parking garage across the street.

Would recommend, great location, great price.
Pros:

Location was great, within walking distance of the Arch.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was full, some type of convention and only two of the elevator banks worked, took forever for call for an elevator.

Pros:

I’m not sure if it’s because we came in during a huge concert event, but dinner and breakfast was provided, as well as drinks during a happy hour! We were not expecting that at all and were thrilled to save a little extra money and eat good food!

Cons:

Our room had a single window that we had to keep closed for security since the view was the hallway to our floor and an empty atrium down below. Didn’t mind it too much, but would have been nice to have had a view or some natural light
