I didn’t get to see the property because you all failed to send my reservation from DECEMBER to the hotel and we had to find a new place to stay the night before opening day. I had to pay for parking and we had to drive to the venue since we no longer were within the walking distance of the arch or Busch Stadium. If I hadn’t called the day we were supposed to check in, we wouldn’t have known until we tried to check in at 9pm.
The breakfasts and dinner were included.
Loved all the amenities.
The line for the bar for our tickets was too long for us to wait especially with our kids.
The staff was exceptional! The desk staff greeted you each time you came in or walked past the desk. Breakfast and happy hour were fantastic values, though we missed the happy hour each day.
Upgrade the TVs to smart TVs and bathrooms could use an upgrade.
Very nice in the inside
We loved the breakfast, dinner and drinks! Wonderful value!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! The dining staff always greeted us with such a cheerful "good morning!" or "hello, how's your stay?" and the front desk was very helpful with any request or question we had.
We also loved the pool and hot tubs. The pool was a decent temperature... my daughter always wants me to swim with her but it's so hard to go in the pool after the hot tubs, but it really didn't take too long to get used to the water. And the hot tubs were a wonderfully warm temp - the kind that you have to get out to cool off for a few minutes - perfect! And the observation deck with a partial view of the Arch was such a nice bonus!
My only teensy-tiny complaint was the provided conditioner (the pump didn't work very well). We had to pump it 100 times to get a nickel-sized amount (I kept forgetting to tell anyone about it though).

Es lamentable que tenga en tan mal estado las instalaciones con la ubicación que tiene
Desde que entras al hotel el olor a cloro se hace insoportable, en la habitación habían bichos que me picaron, tuve que abandonar las instalaciones antes de completar los días de estancia aunque perdiera mi dinero, que por cierto la tarifa que pagué me parece súper elevada con relación a la calidad ofrecida, no lo recomiendo para nada
