The staff was professional and breakfast was good.
The building was being renovated during my stay. From 8am on the dot every morning, I would be woken up by deafening hammer drill noise from right above my room. Further, the room was full of chinese beatles that would roam around. Had I known about the construction, I would NOT have chosen this hotel.
Location was perfect for our needs; quiet, clean, extremely friendly and welcoming staff
The ongoing construction was not really the problem; the sheer number of parking spaces taken up by trucks and heavy equipment meant that there were not enough parking spaces for the hotel guests.
They serve food and drinks
The staff were very welcoming and the room was comfortable.
We were not aware that the hotel was under renovation so the entrance was in disarray. If we had known we might not have stayed at the hotel. I also think a rate reduction should have been given for staying at the hotel.
The rooms we’re newly renovated and even tho there were still renovations going on on the noise wasn’t that bad and never really seen a mess.
Noting
Didn’t eat breakfast was fasting for surgery.
Ate dinner the night before
Very nice especially when tired and all that
You want is eating and sleeping. Didn’t have to leave to eat. My doctors are in Birmingham and I will be staying at the Drury every time.
The heater wouldn’t come on we were very cold
I finally got it working.
Friendly and helpful staff
Everything was ok. There is work to remodel the hotel but it was still ok.
Despite construction, staff made it a good stay.
Very comfortable. Liked that the provided an evening meal.
The only thing was the high smell of chlorine from the pool.
Dinner was unique for a road hotel. Most food items served were approaching cold dispite setting in a heating
Breakfast was good and warm. Building was under upgrading construction. Noise is a given but dirty floors throughout needs more attention.
The lady who checked us in. I forgot her name but she was very professional, kind and helpful
CONSTRUCTION! Be aware that it’s going on all day. Construction workers all over the place including elevators.
The staff was very kind and the breakfast and noon bar/lunch was a plus.
Many ladybugs all in the window and room. Could also use a deep vacuum for floor odor and cleanliness.
The property was nice and clean the breakfast was surprisingly delicious!
It was under construction, but you can’t improve without updating every now and then!
The dinner and pool were delicious and my ultimate favorite was meeting Danielle she was the sweetest to my boys !!
The staff was phenomenal! Especially the front desk and Ashley was extremely helpful and nice! Stephen was also very helpful.
They should have a lounge
