Paid full price for a substandard experience, not your usual value.
Pros:

I’m a regular, yet I would’ve liked to know you were renovating. Noisy and inconvenient. I realize it’s not your usual operation, yet it was not worth the money.

Cons:

Paying full price for a substandard experience. I stay there at least 10x per year. I’m coming back, but I may shop around. I realize that you asked customers to be patient, yet you did nothing to make up for the experience even though I’m a regular customer.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms! Very impressive!

Cons:

A little noisy and limited parking due to the hotel renovations! It’s never fun or convenient when going through changes! It’ll all be worth it in the end!

Question whether we would consider staying at these hotels in the future.
Pros:

The meal and free drinks were one main reason we choose to stay at this hotel so we didn’t have to go out again.

Cons:

Elevators were dirty, ice machine was broke, no carts for luggage where our entrance was. The room looked clean, except the rest of the hotel was pretty dirty so I questioned how clean the room actually was. this was the second Drury hotel we stayed at first one was very nice and clean. This one was not.We feel that because the hotel was under construction it could’ve been clean and for the price the price was ridiculous for how the condition of the hotel was.

We knew the property was under construction. However, we didn’t realize how loud it was going to be. We feel like we should have been charged less for our room because the construction was so loud.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in for the price.

The staff was professional and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The building was being renovated during my stay. From 8am on the dot every morning, I would be woken up by deafening hammer drill noise from right above my room. Further, the room was full of chinese beatles that would roam around. Had I known about the construction, I would NOT have chosen this hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff and a great, quiet location near the medical center made our stay great!

Location was perfect for our needs; quiet, clean, extremely friendly and welcoming staff

Cons:

The ongoing construction was not really the problem; the sheer number of parking spaces taken up by trucks and heavy equipment meant that there were not enough parking spaces for the hotel guests.

Cons:

We were not aware that the hotel was under renovation so the entrance was in disarray. If we had known we might not have stayed at the hotel. I also think a rate reduction should have been given for staying at the hotel.
