Excellent.
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! Especially the front desk and Ashley was extremely helpful and nice! Stephen was also very helpful.

A pleasant stay and getaway in the winter weather.
Pros:

The staff really made the experience the best. I appreciated their kindness and quickness to help with any issues. It made the stay very positive. I also specifically booked the hotel for the indoor hottub. Lovedddd having that in the winter weather.

Cons:

The rooms were a little outdated, but I totally understand it’s under renovation… so it’s good to see that’s being worked on. The hot tub jets were having some issues, but other than that the stay was very positive.

Very good location and excellent conditions for the room.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good. The manager who greeted us at late check-in was friendly and noted that construction for the remodeling would be occurring in the morning, around 8.

Receptionist the darker guy was so sweet , as well as the bartender was amazing! Definitely will come back! Kids had a blast at the kickback

Pros:

I loved the kickback drinks and food. The room was very clean. My daughter loved the breakfast selections.

Cons:

The room was very small and it was noisy. There was a strange noise we could hear in the room that I think was the fridge. We could hear our neighbors talk and their TV. The indoor pool wasn't completely a indoor pool and was cold.
