This is a great place to stay if you visit the area of Birmingham. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.
Pros:

Customer service is always second to none.

Cons:

They had construction going on. It was bad then, but I'm thankful that they are upgrading. Still had an excellent stay.

It was a great experience under the circumstances (death in the family).

site was under construction. the noise was ridiculous. no parking because all the workers were there staying at the site. and the front desk guy laughed at the situation and handed us, 1 bottle of water and one set of ear plugs. what was that a joke?? there was 2 of us. i will not go back here. i will visit the other location which was much nicer. easier to get to. and the happy hour/dinner was delicious there. and the other place was cheaper....shop around

CONSTRUCTION! NO PARKING. LOUD CONSTRUCTION NOISES.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially under the circumstances.
Pros:

Loved the location of my room! It was perfect, especially when you have a pet in tow!

Cons:

Nothing! Even though it’s currently under remodeling, the staff go out of their way to make it comfortable, which is tough to do.

I’ve always had great stays at Drury, upon arrival was told hotel was undergoing renovation.
Cons:
