missed out because of a reservation mixup. was super tired from driving and rly let down by Drury.

i stayed at your other location, which was excellent. i did not get there because of a reservation mixup, possibly caused by booking.com. i have repeatedly asked for a refund or a credit.

Cons:

i repeatedly called different numbers and asked for a refund or a credit. got the runaround. makes a bad impression on me of your company even though my stay at the other place was fine.
