Andaz London Liverpool Street, By Hyatt

I have stayed here before and written a fuller review but we stayed here again recently for 3 nights and wanted to reaffirm our high ratings for this fabulous hotel. Here is the note that I sent after we checked out:

Dear Andaz team,

Just a quick note to say thank you for the wonderful stay. The location, the amenities, the rooms and suites, the incredible breakfast - they were fantastic as always. But what consistently sets you apart in my mind is the top tier service and warm hospitality that we experience at your hotel. You always make me and my family feel like treasured guests, and that is why we will come back again and again!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to you and your team for the exceptional hospitality extended to my family so far in our stay at Andaz London.

The Mini Cooper tour around London was an absolutely delightful experience. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture, and the children (and the adults!) thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It gave us a unique and charming perspective of the city and will undoubtedly remain one of the highlights of our London visit.

We were also deeply touched by the many personal touches throughout our stay. The Instax Polaroid camera was a wonderful surprise, and the various small gestures, notes, and thoughtful details reflected a level of care and attention that is increasingly rare to find.

A special thank you as well to the Front Office team(Loraine) for arranging the Harry Potter book for my son. What may seem like a small gesture created a magical moment for him and a lasting memory for our family.

I would also like to acknowledge Hamid. It was such a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face from my stays at Park Hyatt Hyderabad. Encounters like these make the world feel a little smaller and hospitality feel a lot more personal. Hamid’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care were wonderful to experience once again.

As someone who travels extensively and stays at many luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that what distinguishes great hotels is not the building or the amenities, but the people and the moments they create. Under your leadership your team have done exactly that.

Please convey our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in making our stay so special. We will leave London with wonderful memories, many photographs, and stories that our children will remember for a long time.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Andaz Liverpool Street Hotel! We had the opportunity to stay in the Andaz Design Suite and it was so spacious and beautifully decorated! We went for my husband's birthday and the hotel was in the perfect location to easily access the tube. It was literally a 3 minute walk! The staff were very accommodating, professional and kind. The suite was immaculately clean. We did not have any issues with hearing noise from other adjoining rooms or from outdoors. The restaurants attached to the hotel looked great too, we had dinner at their pub and really enjoyed it. We will definitely return!

Beautiful building in a central location walkable to restaurants and the Underground is steps away. Check-in was a breeze with excellent service from front desk. Received additional upgrades to better suites as a Globalist. The food at the buffet location was excellent with fresh ingredients and healthy choices in addition to the “English breakfast” option. Even the pastries were fantastic, even better than what we just had in Paris. Highly recommended. This will be my go to London hotel.

We stayed at Andaz London Liverpool Street from June 4–11 and had a wonderful stay.
The best part of the experience was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind — from the front desk team, to the people serving drinks at happy hour, to the breakfast team who took such good care of us every morning for seven days.

As a Hyatt Globalist, we were very grateful to be upgraded to The Designer Suite (used a SUA), and it made a huge difference in how much we enjoyed the stay. The suite was amazingly comfortable, beautifully designed, and surprisingly quiet. Even though it was on the first floor facing a busy street, we could watch all the pedestrian traffic outside without hearing the noise in the room.

We have stayed in thousands of hotels over the years, including hundreds of nights in Asia and China, and I’ve learned there is a real difference between trained service and genuine hospitality. This property had genuine hospitality throughout.

Like many longtime Hyatt loyalists, I’ve had some concerns about recent devaluations in the World of Hyatt program. But stays like this are exactly why we will continue to choose Hyatt when we can. The recognition, the service, and the people at this hotel made our week in London memorable.

Andaz London is a solid choice for location, amenities, room variety, and friendly staff. We have stayed at this property 4 times in the past year and appreciate the uniqueness of each room. Location right next to Liverpool Station makes it do easy to get around town (both within London and via National Rail). Love the happy hour time, the included in-room beverages, and the warm beverage greeting upon arrival. Andaz staff have proven to be consistently reliable and professional, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Amazing weekend, having never tried a Hyatt before, it was my partners birthday so wanted to treat him to a trip up to London. We often go away for our birthdays and we have never been treated as well as we were here. Having only booked the hotel the night before and letting them know it was my partners birthday I didn't expect them to be able to rustle anything up at short notice but they smacked it out the Park, to them it was a normal service but to us it just made us feel soo welcome. When we arrived we had Michael greet us, offer us a welcome drink and we simply make a comment that it was my partners birthday.. the hotel was beatiful with different areas to suit all tastes!. The room was beatiful and much more than most hotels, they added style and unique touch to the room. When we came back to the room we had a bottle of prosecco and a birthday treat we were also invited to free pre drinks in the reception before we went out and the staff were there to chat to us and made us feel like part of the family... then there is the breakfast.. the choice was vast and beautiful. From bricklane bagel to the smoked salmon and 3 different types of honey.. amongst the usual fry up, massive choice of pastries... the staff were attentive and it was just the best... the breakfast was soo much there was no need for lunch we will definitely be back just gutted we couldn't stay an extra night

Great staff, wonderful corner suite upgrade, and fantastic Hyatt Globalist amenities! The Staff are courteous and efficient. Management is fantastic!

Everything! Staying here is a treat as not inexpensive, even with good deal we found! Staff so lovely and friendly. Good breakfast.

Location is in a very busy business center. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and Tower of London (depending on your walking ability). The staff are very nice and plenty of water and drinks offered free as globalist members. Rooms are spacious and designed in a contemporary vantage way. Both room has no tub. Complementary breakfast as globalist members were provided in the Eastside ( although it is located on west side of the hotel gate. You have to walk outside and get into the restaurant. Food was continental and just mediocre buffet.

Great location and this hotel was amazing. Reception was kind and inviting and our host Laila was amazing! Would come again

Extremely friendly staff from the moment we got to the front of the hotel and the gentleman took our bags, asked us if we would like a drink. The reception staff were also very friendly. Great comfy beds, awesome shower, lots of space in the room and the complimentary mini bar was a really lovely touch. I felt valued as a Customer. Great also to have a selection of bars within the hotel and as a non drinker the mocktail choice was reasonable. Excellent location.
