Went to Andaz in early March I was invited by a vendor so we had the room where they gave presentations. The room was cramped as you would expect from any property in Central London but it was fine. When lunchtime came I wanted somewhere to pray so I went to the reception and asked if they have a place I could use to pray. The reception is was polite, they said that they don't have a quiet room I could use. There was a small alcove kind of room next to the reception which was separate to the main lobby and no one was there. There were a few couches there so I asked the reception is if I could just pray in a corner. She said that she has to check with her manager. So she went and asked and came back and the manager rejected my request because other people need to use the room even though it was empty. The receptionist told me that I should go to a nearby mosque. Thankfully Brick Lane mosque was 15 minute walk away so I was able to go during lunchtime and come back but that took the whole lunch time. It was Ramadan so it's a good thing I didn't need to have lunch but it was tiring. Not a good experience, did not feel welcome. I appreciate the receptionist was at least polite but it's pretty poor that they don't provide anywhere for Muslims to pray when they have many places for people to drink alcohol. Would try to avoid this place in the future.
Traveled to the UK with my daughter. Stayed at the Andaz London. The overall experience was excellent. The front staff was exceptional. From Anastasia, Kaylan, Lynn, Jacob and everyone else I spoke to, they were incredible. I have traveled to many hotels for business and pleasure and the front desk staff was the best I have ever dealt with. The restaurant staff and housekeeping were also did an awesome job. I don’t write many reviews but this hotel stands out. Management must empower their team to deal with issues and I give them a hats off to them as the staff really shined through. Thanks for a beautiful time at a very cool hotel and a great location.
A quirky hotel with great facilities attached to Liverpool Street Station. Staff were all very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
There is lots of space in the hotel, plenty of places to sit and the decoration is very good too, together with a choice of dining and drinking sections. The room was clean and well-equipped. All this and an amazing Masonic Temple open to view by arrangement!!

This hotel is very next to Liverpool metro station which has made us to travel around the city easily and room was very clean and very well maintained , overall loved my stay here .
My first booking was cancelled by Booking.com and they did not gave us any reason for cancellation and was not communicated also via email or call for cancellation of my booking , i had to book again for the same hotel but i did not get the old price , i had to pay extra for the same rooms ...
A quirky hotel, exceptionally well located. The old buildings provide for some odd-shaped rooms (and some long walks form the lifts), but during my last stay I enjoyed a quite spacious room with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the station, and right on the Elizabeth Line so easy access to Heathrow.
Nice, clean restaurant with good food and drink amenities. Room was very clean, location was perfect for the tube and walking, and the staff was friendly.
Excellent location, all round accommodation & service. Outstanding hospitality in Rakes Bar. Superb breakfast to aid recovery the following morning.
It is rare that a hotel delivers so far above and beyond expectations, that you truly can enjoy every minute of a vacation.
Loved the wine hour 🍷, breakfast buffet was top notch, staff so welcoming and helpful, and a fantastic location, The Liverpool Street Station is a block away, easily accessible from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line.
We recently stayed at Andaz London Liverpool Street to celebrate our anniversary, and the team made it genuinely special from start to finish. We were kindly upgraded and welcomed with a thoughtful treat in the room, which was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for the stay. Jason, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and AZ from Central Reservations made the whole booking experience seamless and personal. The service felt warm and sincere throughout, and they truly made our anniversary one to remember.
