Welcoming staff, hotel in a great location with great facilities available
Pros:

A welcoming experience, great location with friendly and accomodating staff.
A welcome drink upon arrival is always a great touch, the room was ready for an early check in, always a great experience when I stay here.

Pros:

Pleasant hotel, staff were friendly and the location is great. Room was tired and the view was horrendous. Room upgrade requested due to a very special occasion, and nothing... it was like the opposite.

Andaz stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very friendly. Location is great right next to Liverpool Station . The downside to the hotel is the we were very disappointed in the breakfast eggs came out cold. Self serve for hot food was not covered with lids hence the whole breakfast was cold.

I will be back to stay again when I return to london!
Pros:

It’s located at super convenient location! The stay was very comfortable, I loved that there were many choices of complimentary drinks provided for hotel guests. Brompton bikes were available for use too!

Cons:

Room is made up neatly and mostly clean but feels like vacuuming of carpets can improve.

Superb, thank you, highly recommend
Pros:

We loved it!! It smelt amazing, the staff were so nice, decor is beautiful! Spotlessly clean, many complimentary items and drinks available, a real treat for my boyfriends birthday. Wish we could've stayed longer! I want to go back!

Cons:

Hard to think of anything negative at all! If I had to, the floor was a little creakky/uneven (floor 5 corner room)
