A perfect place to stay in central Nottingham
Pros:

Great location, lovely cosy bar, great staff, well equipped room. Just across from iberico tapas which was great

Great stay shame the internet was patchy full fibre needed
Pros:

Great breakfast shame I couldn’t eat after 4pm though

Cons:

Later meal times I arrived at 3:30 and would have loved burger and chips but kitchen was shut

Pros:

Cannot find fault, a comfortable clean room, good supply of complimentary drinks/toiletries, good service from the very helpful reception staff.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, just advice - walking around is much quicker than driving, Uber not really used so dont rely on it.

Schönes Hotel, etwas verschachtelt
Pros:

Sehr charmant es Hotel in der Innenstadt, nahe genug um zu Fuß zum Bahnhof zu gehen. Sehr gute Tee/Kaffee Auswahl im Zimmer. Viele Lokale und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar, direkt nebenan der Dom.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren in unserem Zimmer nur als kleiner Spalt in einen Lichthof zu öffnen (ein zweites Fenster nach draußen konnte nicht geöffnet werden.
Barrierefreiheit: das Hotel ist ein schönes altes Gebäude und damit leider nicht barrierefrei. Es sind ein paar Stufen bis zum Lift und auch vom Lift war unser Zimmer mehrere Stufen und zwei Brandschutztüren entfernt. Das Hotel liegt an einer steilen Straße.

Pros:

On walking in and heading to reception we were greeted very politely and check in was very quick, the room was very nice a bit dated but very clean, the bathroom was a shower over the bath, really good shower quite powerful, very clean, we used the pub that belongs to the hotel and it was what i call a proper pub a bit old fashioned, the staff were lovely in there too, i would definitely stay here again its in a very good location for the motorpoint arena its jyst over a 5 minute walk

Great location for the arena and lots of good eating and drinking establishments nearby

Cons:

Our room had a small window which did not open .. room 6 .. that was my only negative as it felt a bit dark, other than that a great hotel and I would probably ask for a different room the next time

Just what we needed for a nights break away!
Pros:

Room was comfy, clean and really easy check in and check out process. Everything explained well, couldn’t fault it

Cons:

If we had to be really picky it was the smell of the body wash in the shower.

Staff in the hotel and adjoining pub were excellent. So friendly, welcoming, helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to all staff, particularly to Charlie, the bar manager. Oh, and the breakfast was also very good - really surprised with the quality, choice, catering for dietary preferences, and overall value for money. Thank you!
