La atención del personal 1000%, la ubicacion increíble, las habitaciones impecables. Es la 2da vez que me hospedó en este hotel y lo elegiría una y mil veces. Lo que me resulta realmente gratificante son los detalles de bienvenida, nunca dejan de sorprenderme. En esta 2da visita me dieron un upgrade de la habitacion, mucho mas amplia con salita y sofá, me encantó!! Muchísimas gracias al personal de recepción por su amabilidad y atención!!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Monna Lisa, and we genuinely couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is just moments away from the Champs-Élysées, in a beautiful area where we felt very comfortable and safe. So many of our favorite restaurants, shops and Parisian sights were within walking distance that we barely needed to use a taxi during our stay. We simply walked everywhere and enjoyed Paris!

A very special thank you to Avalon, who made our stay even more memorable. She has such a warm, positive energy and was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful to us. It is people like her who make you remember a hotel long after you leave.

We were also extremely impressed by the entire team. Everyone we met, from reception to housekeeping, was lovely, attentive and always ready to help us with anything we needed. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is charming, comfortable and perfectly located, but it was really the combination of the location and the wonderful people working there that made us fall in love with it.

We have found our favorite hotel in Paris and will definitely be coming back again and again. From now on, whenever we are in Paris, this is where we want to stay. ❤️

I don’t even know where to start from the people to the receptionist to the housekeeping team. Everything was excellent, the night shift with Mahelia, morning shift Louise & Avalon and Roxanne and Khyati at the breakfast room. 10/10 every service was perfect with housekeeper Cristina. I really love this hotel they really make you feel like home. A true family team. Thank you all for making me and my wife feel like home. I would definitely come and advise other to stay. Thank you to the hotel Manager Chrisflaure also you have a great team.

Lovely design, great location spotless, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff

This hotel has been amazing! While outside it has been quite hot, the hotel and the rooms are nice and cold. Every necessity has been provided for. The breakfast and the selections are delicious and all staff in the kitchen area and hotel are pleasant! We were always met with a smile. Would love to stay here again without a doubt. Truly enjoyed it!!!
