Pior relação custo beneficio desta viagem.
Pros:

A localização era mais para quem quer ir para a praia. A suite era ótima, grande e bastante confortável. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Tanto o quarto como a sala de estar eram grandes e agradáveis.

Cons:

Começamos sendo recepcionados por um funcionários de nome Abdiel. Ele foi tão grosseiro que a vontade foi sair e procurar outro hotel. Por sorte nos outros dias tivemos outros atendentes o que tirou um pouco da decepção.
Além disso em nossa reserva constava o café da manhã incluído. Falava em maravilhoso café da manhã. Um dos motivos da escolha do hotel. Acontece que não tinha bufet de café da manhã. Tinha somente um restaurante e podíamos escolher um prato do menu. Mais absolutamente nada. Isso foi frustrante e decepcionante para não dizer que pagamos mais caro e sem beneficios. Realmente um absurdo. Não recomendo reservar com café incluido. Como nesta viagem tinha acontecido o mesmo com outro hotel da linha Hilton em Fort Lauderdale nem perdi meu tempo ligando para o booking cuja responsabilidade foi repassada pelos hoteis. Com certeza não voltaremos neste hotel.

Tolles Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ein aussergewöhnlich tolles Hotel, an dem wir praktisch nichts aussetzen können. Wir können es vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass in unserem Zimmer die Abluft im Bad nicht an den Lichtschalter gekoppelt war und deshalb die ganze Nacht hindurch lief. Auch bei geschlossener Bad-Tür war das Geräusch zu hören. Dies kann aber sicher behoben werden. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, störte es uns nicht so fest, als dass wir es dem Personal hätten melden müssen.

Highly recommend and would definitely return!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, comfortable rooms and a great overall atmosphere. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Special shout-out to Janavae at check-in. She was amazing! Friendly, professional, and incredibly welcoming. She made the check-in process easy and set a great tone for the stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, with room for a bit more variety.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal (15 min de Naples) proche des points d’intérêt tout en étant calme. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great place to stay for a long weekend and convenient location, friendly staff!
Pros:

This hotel thought of everything! The bathroom had great lighting and a magnified makeup mirror, as well as a large bathroom and shower only (hate tubs, so this was appreciated!) The water pressure and temperature was great, the beds were very comfortable and I'm pretty particular, so this was impressive! The location to EVERYTHING was a bonus (downtown Naples, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, great shopping and tons of dining options) We ended up needing a benedryl and in the lobby, you could purchase this, so that made things extra convenient for me, thank you!

Cons:

The only thing that would have been nicer is the patio furniture... we had a corner room with a walk-out balcony, but the furniture was way too soft and you just sank down on it, not comfortable unfortunately, but it looked clean and nice, just not "user friendly"
