Ottima hotel che deve pensare a non perdere la propria identità e preservare i servizi ai clienti
Pros:

La struttura che frequento oramai da circa 10 anni è in una posizione centralissima ed ottima per spostarsi a piedi per firenze senza usare la macchina

Cons:

La struttura nel tempo ha perso freschezza e per esempio la colazione che aveva di tutto dalle uova con bacon ed altre cose cucinate adesso sono tutte a pagamento

The property was incredible, perfect location, great rooms, very Florence forward!

Cons:

Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.

Amazing stay with amazing staff
Pros:

Beautiful property, nice rooms and the staff was amazing. There was an issue with our 5am pre scheduled pickup to the airport and the person at the front desk, I wish I had written his name down, tried to contact the company we booked through and when he couldn’t get a hold of anyone, quickly got us taxis. We also asked for a bottle of sparkling wine late the prior night and it was quickly set up for us in the library. We just had the most amazing experience.

Everything! The room was clean and beautiful, the daily breakfast amazing, the staff took care of all of our requests and went above and beyond. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip. Best location! Super convenient to everything, and on a quiet street. Great rooftop deck with views!

Cons:

Mi è sembrato esagerato il supplemento per l'animale (50 Euro). Malgrado fossero inclusi servizi aggiuntivi (cuccia, croccantini). Suggerirei alla struttura di dare la possibilità di scegliere se utilizzare o meno questi servizi aggiuntivi, applicando una tariffa inferiore (e più allineata a quella degli altri hotel) nel caso in cui non se ne volesse usufruire.
