No food “room service”. How a nice hotel does not have food after 11pm? When local restaurants are also closed. Two stars for that.

Excellent chicago destination
Pros:

Peter was so helpful. He was so informative about hilton grand vacation. We loved staying at the Doubletree and definitely will be back

It were wonderful I will be back again.
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so exceptional clean. I love that the shower and tub were separate.

Great, convenient stay!
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Neat, clean room. Perfect distance to the mall and the entertainment district. Will definitely stay again. Yesenia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I always love being recognized on the TV for my status.

Clean but disappointing
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the convention center.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off when we were sleeping, the whole building was evacuated, the wall paper in the room was lifting.

Terrible, smelly rooms,
Pros:

Dark restaurant closes after breakfast. Starbucks closes before 3 pm rooms smell musty and most of our business group had to ask to change rooms. Great location to airport and entertainment District for restaurants and designer shopping mall

It made my trip to Chicago very unpleasant. Look for a better a place.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location is great and the hotel is super clean well maintained

Cons:

We booked a double bed room with 2 queen sized beds but we got a room with king sized bed with a couch. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. Also the walls are paper thin in the rooms and the next door neighbors were not quiet at all to say the least.
The Starbucks in the lobby is highly overpriced and you can’t skip tipping when paying
