Front Desk lady was VERY helpful and saved our vacation.

BOOKING.COM !!!! You did NOT give us the confirmation # that the Hotel needed. All you sent us was the booking.com confirmation #. The hotel needed THEIR # and it was nowhere to be found on your app, your emails to me, your confirmations to me, NOWHERE was it found. It took us an hour to check in because finally the very nice lady at the hotel desk looked it up under our CC # and found the reservation # that way. You guys need to send that # to us , the customer in your confirmation. Also, BOOKING.COM was unreachable to help. Wont use you guys ever again.

I got scammed
Pros:

I booked it and went to check-in and was told there's no available room and I canceled my booking because I needed a place to stay. I requested to ve refunded and they haven't refunded me still. I will not recommend them, I was scammed.

My friends were super impressed and thought I picked the best hotel.. Now they want me to plan more trips
Pros:

The staff, INCREDIBLE. Our room was clean and the beds were actually very comfortable. The rooms are much bigger than a standard hotel room. The hotel actually has everything you could possibly need. The shower gel was even phenomenal. Coming back over and over again.

Cons:

The Starbucks in the hotel was terrible.. The drinks all tasted awful. The coffee in our room was way better.

A good hotel for easy access to Chicago and the Airport
Pros:

Nice rooms. Good location from the airport. Easy to do self-parking and easy access to CTA blue-line. The bistro was good.

Cons:

On days where flight paths are over the hotel (and we had that one day), the sound proofing was inadequate and sleep was difficult.

Great location if coming into or out of Ohare. Convenient shuttle and uber isn't expensive either. Decent size rooms and clean. Maybe a little short staffed on weekends or late nights but does the job.
