Everything. It was dated, smell is old, rooms need to be updated. Walls need to be checked for water damage. Bathrooms are not nice looking. You don’t feel like you’re in a nice hotel. Feels like a motel. The lobby is decent.

Good place to stay, parking was a bit inconvenient but that’s to be expected in any major city.
Pros:

Cool place to stay - was here for a conference and enjoyed my time. The slot machines in the lobby was a plus, and it was located right near many businesses in Rosemont. Only complaint was the parking, it was in a garage nearby that you had to either walk to or figure out where to enter from the second floor of the hotel.

The STAY was great. Hotel as great. BOOKING.COM was terrible.

Front Desk lady was VERY helpful and saved our vacation.

Cons:

BOOKING.COM !!!! You did NOT give us the confirmation # that the Hotel needed. All you sent us was the booking.com confirmation #. The hotel needed THEIR # and it was nowhere to be found on your app, your emails to me, your confirmations to me, NOWHERE was it found. It took us an hour to check in because finally the very nice lady at the hotel desk looked it up under our CC # and found the reservation # that way. You guys need to send that # to us , the customer in your confirmation. Also, BOOKING.COM was unreachable to help. Wont use you guys ever again.

I got scammed
Pros:

I booked it and went to check-in and was told there's no available room and I canceled my booking because I needed a place to stay. I requested to ve refunded and they haven't refunded me still. I will not recommend them, I was scammed.
