Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

The hotel had no record or note of the breakfast that I paid for so I did not receive breakfast on either morning. I was attending a conference and was not able to contact you at the time. I expect a credit for the breakfast. I did not receive.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. It had great service and we could walk to many shops or restaurants.

It was a great experience to host our Texas Women Conference! Staff was amazing!!!

This hotel is always a nice place to stay, however this time it was the front desk that made the difference, specifically Jairas.

We stayed here on our wedding night and had a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was having a Starbucks right inside the hotel—such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

2 nights and added a 3rd bc I got sick. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even brought items to my room that were NOT on the room service menu! Very few hotels go above and beyond like this one.

I booked a business offsite meeting at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center for the 2nd week in June and have been wowed by the service my 13 teammates and I had received while staying there, beginning with Sales Manager, Amanda, reaching out quickly when I first inquired about our stay there, and ending with Event Manager, Angie, coming by on the day of my check out to personally thank me for booking.

Personal touches go a long way! There was also the Banquet Manager, Marcos, who came by with a smile and friendly conversation early on our first day to ensure our meeting and dining rooms met our satisfaction. Sergio followed up with us as well. The Red Coat Direct app was a useful tool that we used during our meetings where all our questions were handled expeditiously by this tremendous staff.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and discovered that Angie had upgraded my room since I was the planner of this work event. What a thoughtful detail that did not go unappreciated. Two coworkers had delayed flights out for the following day, but the front desk resolved their concerns by seamlessly accommodating them with another night.

Upon check-in, one of my teammates was asked if he would like a wake-up call. When he didn’t answer the phone the following morning, he was met with someone at the foot of his bed, checking to see that he was alright (and alive). We all got some chuckles from that story!

In this day and age, service is not as prevalent as it once was, but this Marriott raised the bar. Each staff member that I interacted with or watched as others interacted, stopped immediately what he/she was doing to focus on the customer. That carries a lot of weight, especially in the hospitality business. There were also many friendly smiles and warm “hellos” by others.

The ambiance of the lobby, guest rooms, lounges, and meeting spaces were beautiful and elegant, providing the perfect environment to meet or unwind.

I hope to have the opportunity to plan other events, both business and personal, at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center. Thank you for a job well done!

It's in a really nice area with lots of trees and landscape and lots of things to do. The hotel was nice but there is not enough light; it is too dark int he hotel and especially the rooms.

The Marriott Legacy Town Center is the best hotel you will find in North Dallas! The property is beautiful, well maintain, and has an amazing location within walking distance of the best restaurants and shops in the area.

What makes this property so special is the outstanding staff - the best I have ever seen. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home along with the all the employees at the hotel.

Obviously, Marriott Legacy Town Center has an amazing leadership team and GM who are focused on guest experience. This is the hotel to stay for business, conventions/meetings and family vacations.

Lovely hotel, I have stayed here several times and this is my primary hotel of choice for when I am in Plano.

The staff are attentive, polite and always go out of their way to make my stay perfect. The rooms are lovely, and the facilities here are good, which include a gym and a roof top pool.

I always look forward to returning.
