TV remote was not in room. New remotes did not work. After 3 visits to desk, and 2 calls to maintenance, situation was resolved.

Comfortable, but cleanliness could improve
Pros:

Location, fast check in & check out, beds were comfy, free crib, hot water, good water pressure

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned well. Toilet bowl was dirty from the last person that used it and the bathtub had two pubic hairs.

Location. Very clean

Cons:

The pillows. Weird thermostat in the room. Also - I paid extra for a buffet breakfast and they did not have a buffet breakfast. They said it was due to low census.

BAD EXPERIENCE at Hilton!!!!
Pros:

There are some issues: 1. AC does not work Properly!!!
2. The plugs and chargers does no work as the phones or others to be charged!!!

Great stay and super friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed at this property during our family Fall Break trip and we had a great stay! We had driven almost 8 hours to get there and arrived pretty late. We stopped by the lobby bar and Arthur and Liam were really friendly and helpful, even though it was close to closing time. The next morning we had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant and the food was delicious and Michele our server was very attentive and upbeat. The service at this hotel was fantastic and we will be back next time we visit Gainesville!

Another Tired Hilton
Pros:

You don’t stay here because you want to but because it is convenient for a university visit. The hotel is tired and begging for a renovation. Rooms are old and bleak. Bedding is poor. Simply put there is nothing pleasant about this hotel. One would be better served at a cheaper dump
