Nothing at all, I left after 30 minutes.
First, while walking up to the clerk, there were people in the parking lot playing with tasers—giggling then going into their room. After a long confusing talk with the clerk lady who seemed to be doped up, I had been directed to my room after reminding the clerk she needed to hand me the key to the place.
I noticed the smell first when I opened the door, then how disheveled, unmaintained, and outright disgusting the place was when I closed the door. There were writing all over the back of the door, the peep hole was broken, the slide-bolt looked to have been hammered out, and my deadbolt would latch into place or even let alone get into its respected locked position (the wood slot for the deadbolt was completely offset of the center resulting in the inability to lock my door in any way). Nothing was upkeeped, seasonings and moldy food were present in the small fridge, burnt holes made from cigarettes appeared on anything that could be burnt, and the walls had holes made in them. I instantly turned around and left without trying to negotiate anything regarding the matter, this is very unacceptable and outright embarrassing for the owner of this place.
Also a follow up,
I’ve seen people’s reviews saying they’ve been charged for broken fixtures or appliances when either:
1. It was already broken upon arrival
2. The tenant did break something
Based off every experience that had been noted down by various others who stayed in this hotel, saying the same things, leaves me with one question:
If they are charging customers for damages, yet not repairing them… what are they doing with the money they receive from the customer “damages”?
It was located next to a few fast food restaurants which made it convenient to get something to eat.
Everything. The rooms are dirty, the front door to the room looked like it was kicked in, it was busted all around the door jam, the flooring was coming apart in a few different places, the heat didn’t work it was cold as hell in there, the traffic on the street sounds like it coming through the room very disturbing and loud, the bathroom door had a big hole from someone punching it, the wall had a huge hole that had been patched and not painted, and the bed felt like the springs were about to come through very uncomfortable and not enough parking the lot is way to small for all the rooms. I paid for 12 nights there and only ended up staying for maybe 3. So the price is very cheap but I probably wouldn’t stay there if it was free.
Decent price had ac and heat
No coffee a few non working switches very loud inside room you can hear everything going on in other rooms. Bed was far to soft laid down and almost kissed the floor.
The great staff members

How its not that clean. But its workable. Sometimes the rooms smell pretty bad but I always bring air freshener
I fell in front of the office and the desk clerk saw it, watched and turned away

That it was cheap, took cash & didn't charge any sec. deposit.
That i got banned from staying there because I slipped in the shower and bent a faucet-- I even offered to either pay for it OR help replace it myself... we left there feeling as if we were agreed with when it was really the opposite! We could've brought up TOO many things about the room but since I didn't, they took advantage. We are rather glad they won't see not one single more of our dollars ever again!!!
Had to pay for parking at the motel
309 had bedbugs, they change me and my sister rooms to 116. I had a double shift (16 hrs)next morning. I woke up and there was bedbugs in that room too.seems like they’ve had this problem for a while. motel 6 would be better than this. The walls are dirty. It looks like they don’t vacuum. The latches on the doors are broke. I should’ve got pictures of the rooms. By the next morning, there was bug bites all over both of our backs
Scary place, lots of drug activities.
The whole experience
The floors were nasty and the floor in the bathroom and hallway was cracked and all popped up cut my foot from it
