Pros:

Customer service was very responsive.

Cons:

The rooms do not match what is advertised. The sheets did not fit the beds properly. The bedding had stains and burn marks. The walls are not well maintained. The mattress could be replaced, i could sometimes feel the bed springs. I found trash under the edge of the bed.

Nothing about it. It took three tries to get a half decent room.

Cons:

The house keeper wouldn't clean properly. She stated she would clean better if she was paid more.

Cheap room

Cons:

Room smelled terrible, like a wet dog. Was hard to breathe at times, the stench was that bad. The carpet was soaking wet in areas, when I layer towel down to soak it up, it was yellow. I can only assume it was pee from an animal. Cleanliness is not their strong suit. I only needed to basically sleep and take a shower. I wish I would've spent a little bit more money for something better

Broken crack pipe, cigarette burns all over the tub. Looks like the room has been cleaned in months.

Cheap and it showed.

It was close to my venue. This was to be a handicapped room. There was no way to get a wheelchair into the bathroom.

Location was central to many restaurants and stores. Close to interstate access.

Cons:

Hotel was very aged. Broken electrical outlets and hair dryer, trash left in shower, holes in wall under a/c unit. Ice maker was out of service.

Pros:

I knew the price was too low, but I tried it any way. The room smelled awful, like unwashed cigarettes that had been closed up for months. The sheets were see through and scratchy and too small for the bed. The guy working at the counter was nice though. But, man, that smell. The area wasn’t the best, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe with a deep cleaning abd better linens this place could be passable.

Total dump. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this place was worse than some slumlords apartments. Stains on the walls. Carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in years. The toilet was barely bolted down and leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time it flushed (when it actually worked to flush). The sink was clogged. Patches and holes all over. The room smelled like dog and cigarettes. Unfortunately, due to an event in the area there were no other options available for the weekend and we were stuck. When I brought the condition up to the front desk, he just said “okay, okay, we will get to that”
