Econo Lodge West Yarmouth on Cape Cod

We stayed here because it’s one of the few hotel/motels in the area that allow dogs for a reasonable price. You can tell other people are staying there for the same reason. There is a lot of dog poop all over the property. The room itself was clean and that is of course what really matters most.

The room was very dirty with moisture smell, bugs and ants everywhere. AC unit didn't work.
Bathroom was dirty. Beddings very old and dirty.
We left in the middle of the night and the staff didn't try to help us.

No outdoor pool
No chairs outside room to sit on outside
WiFi very weak

This was a nice stay for two nights, clean and pet friendly I had my husky dog with me. Only 20 minute walk to the Hyannis ferry was able to leave my car at hotel parking lot for the day and walk on over with my dog to the ferry very easy and convenient!

We were at the property for 4 nights and received absolutely no service whatsoever. On the third day we had to go to the office to ask for clean towels. When we asked for the towels they could not understand why we would want clean towels. Their attitude was absolutely awful. We
will never stay at an Econo Lodge again, especially this one.

Little run down but staff was nice

Hotels.com asked me if I would give this place 5 stars again, and yes, absolutely! The staff made sure the room ready and as usual, the room was very clean and neat. Well worth the price as always, and will definitely book again.

Rooms were dated but very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The lady in the office was so kind and helpful. She gave us great suggestions for places to see and great dining experiences. Place was very safe and quiet. Easily walkable to shopping and eating areas from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay

Was peaceful and quiet and nice and everything was around the area that I needed to get to it was very convenient and I enjoyed my stay

The problems me and my family found on this property was:
Shower difficult to open, AC noisy and old, and the people outside smoking to close to the units in my case right on the second floor and sketchy people at night which create nervousness on my family and insecurity on our belongings outside.

The property is dirty and the pool was closed but advised to be open

Great experience. A very well functioning ice machine and a frequently restocked soda machine is located in the parking lot. Wonderful location that’s right by the hospital and walking distance to the beach area. Nice place to stay and pet friendly!

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the beaches near the hospital. I have been using this place since last year and it’s very clean and allows pets. I highly recommend this place.
