The rooms were clean.
The shower water was barely luke warm. They don't have a breakfast except Saturday and Sunday. The parking lot is rough and hard to maneuver around with out your luggage rolling down the hill or scrapping the bottom of your car.water pressure was weak.
Convenient to LOZ. Clean, comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Needed soft drink machine on first floor. Had to go up to second to grab a drink.

The breakfast room was closed.
Safe was broke, bath tube floor was extremely slippery, we have never seen TV service that you have so it took the first day to learn how it worked. As I said the personnel were great, room was clean.
Slow draining sink and refrigerator wouldn’t get cold enough.

Lobby closes at 11pm (I arrived at 1130pm). Worker was kind enough to come back in to get me checked in. Room was odd smelling. Humidity was bad in the room. There were no large bath towels when I first got in the room.
I am not sure I have ever experienced the kind of friendliness I was greeted with when I arrived at this hotel. For that reason alone I will always book this place. Clean, nice, convenient, kind, Loved it!

Last minute find on Labor Day weekend. Quite surprised with the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Quiet and clean. Only thing i would have liked was a better breakfast but what they did have was exactly as expected.
