Free parking and not much else
Pros:

The internet worked great. It was close to where I needed to be. Free parking.

Cons:

Parking is very tight if you don't have a small car. People smoke outside your window and it gets into your room. Had to move rooms because of my asthma. Floors looked like they were falling apart.

Jocelyn 10/10 service
Pros:

Came in was greeted/helped by Jocelyn. She helped me with my stay multiple times and made sure we were comfortable 10/10 service. The room I was initially in was good until I turned on the hot tub. Not the hotel’s fault but the previous person had put flowers and they got sucked into the jets. Y’all please don’t put boring in the hot tubs they don’t work or clean like regular tubs. When I told Jocelyn she apologized and changed my room then later checked on me to see if my new room had an issues. The new room was great had no issues. There’s a basic coffee machine in the room and snack but a full coffee machine with more options in the lobby and snack for purchase. The room pricing and snack pricing is all good for the experience pretty spot on,

Pros:

The experience has been amazing Jocelyn from the front desk was great her smile upon arrival felt so welcoming , she was very clear and quick with paperwork , check in didn’t even take 10 mins . the place is very clean and neat . I can’t wait to come again .
