Lit canapé très inconfortable
Avoid this hotel. It's shocking this hotel carries the Embassy Suites/Hilton name. What a disappointment, especially for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is outdated, which is not a deal breaker, but was also totally filthy. There for a volleyball tournament, the location made for an easy walk, but it was not relaxing to return to a dirty, run down room with torn furniture, stained ironing board, clogging drains, an unclean surfaces. And something in it made me so allergic I went through two boxes of kleenex in four days. I was fine outside the room, completely congested with sinus headache and runny nose when in it. On top of that there is zero sound proofing or even solid support between rooms. If the room next door closed a door, the walls literally shook. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Room service was extremely fast and the quality of food was beyond amazing
The only negative comment was not both elevators were working during my stay. Each elevator area had two elevators and one never worked the entire time . It was really inconvenient to wait for the amount of people who were there. Especially on check out day it took longer to make it to the lobby so forgetting something in your room was not an option.

Terrible coffee .. disgusting, not coffee. It was cool in the room and it was not possible to add heat, maybe the air conditioner was not working.

For some reason everytime i touched door handles, power sockets or light switches i got electrecuted a bit. Not sure if the room is not grounded or is it the static electricity from the carpet. But i got shocked dozens of time. Not life threating electric shocks but was not nice dealing with that everytime you touch something...

I’ve been a Hilton customer for 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. Dirty room, clogged drains in all sinks and the shower, and no hot water. Made our vacation and travel experience an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs
Accueil Super et chaleureux. Très bel hôtel, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées, nous y avons très bien dormi. L'hôtel vous offre un verre de bienvenue au bar et vous avez un très large choix pour le petit déjeuner, sucré ou salé. Le strip n'est pas tout proche mais la marche se fait bien.
Breakfast was fabulous, you could order how you wanted your eggs served. We could access the stairs to get to our room which is something I love to keep the excercise happening.
