Never again..Beware!
Pros:

We traveled to Las Vegas with our family, including my husband, our three children, my mother, and my mother-in-law. Approximately six weeks prior to arrival, we reserved two hotel rooms, each with two queen-size beds. Upon arrival, however, we were assigned one room with two queen beds and a second room with a king bed. This was not what we reserved or paid for.
When we contacted the front desk to address the issue, we were informed that the hotel was sold out and that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was a rollaway bed. Given that we had booked well in advance specifically to accommodate our family, this response was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we expected.
There were a few bright spots during our stay. Bobby, who drives the shuttle, was exceptional — friendly, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the omelet chef was courteous and did an excellent job. Both gentlemen demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Unfortunately, the remainder of our experience was not positive. Only one elevator was available for guest use, apparently due to renovations. When I went to the front desk to request additional pillows, I waited several minutes while Elizabeth was checking in guests. Although she acknowledged me and indicated she would assist shortly, another couple arrived after me and were helped first. I was not assisted until after they had completed their check-in. When I requested extra pillows, I was told the hotel had already distributed all available pillows, despite the fact that much of the hotel appeared vacant.
In addition, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were of very poor quality, and the shower floor was extremely slippery, posing a potential safety concern.
I have stayed at several Embassy Suites and Hilton properties over the years, and unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I have encountered. Based on this stay, I would not choose this property again.

Calidad, precio cercanía y tranquilidad
Pros:

Excelente hotel para ir con familia a las Vegas, a sólo minutos caminando del strip, ubicación cercana a la sphere Lo recomendó al 100%. Desayuno excelente y las bebidas de cortesía también.

The smell in our bathroom after getting our drains unclogged. The drains wouldn't work had to have the maintenance guy come up and fix them. Then it stunk really bad for a long time

Perfect family friendly area in Vegas
Pros:

The venue was very nice and having a manager’s reception was an added bonus. I enjoy the fact the bed was separate from the living area which made myself and my partner have privacy since my son stayed on the sofa bed.

Cons:

Some of the properties around were not in the greatest shape. Due to that it felt a little unwary when walking to/from the convention center early in the morning or in the evening.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like urine and feet. The toilet was not a standard height. The sofa bed was worn out. Both queen beds were SUPER HARD. Made both our backs and hips hurt, it evan made my wife's ribs hurt

When US goes back to normal I will return and stay here again
Pros:

I loved that the gym was 24/7 and staff were so pleasant. I get very safe and dinner was delicious on all nights

Cons:

The toilets. It blocked when I flushed a pee and the hotel maintenance had to come. They were friendly and fast but if you get embarrassed easily then this could be tricky.

Excellent place to stay in Vegas if you have an event to go to at the Sphere.
Pros:

Front staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Will definitely return to stay again!
