Bad hotel experience in LV
Pros:

The location is good and close to the Sphere. The front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

I’v been LV 3times, and this is the worst hotel experience. As soon as I walked into the room, the first thing that hit me was a heavy, overwhelming smell of mold. It was suffocating and felt like the room hadn’t been aired out or properly cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, I woke up with several itchy, red welts on my arms. I’m positive there were bugs in the bedding, and looking at these marks now, it’s clear the hygiene standards here are nonexistent.
The key card for parking was a constant struggle—every time I tried to enter or leave
Regarding the text messages to check on us, I spent time replying and explaining the situation in detail, only to realize I was talking to a complete AI bot. There was no real person behind the screen, just a machine cycling through pre-written scripts to give me the runaround…no team member ever had come or reply

Perfect stay at a reasonable price! Will be back :)
Pros:

Loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The continental breakfast and complementary drinks were good too! Perfect for those looking for a hotel near the Sphere.

Cons:

Bathroom could’ve used a slightly deeper clean, but overall can’t complain as it was still a relatively clean hotel!

Pros:

The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our needs. Loved how breakfast was included and happy hour drinks.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit outdated and not as clean as I would've liked. You could also feel all the springs on the sofa bed.

Overall for the price we were happy with our stay.
Pros:

The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. From extra towels to blankets they were always delivered super fast and with a smile. My kids loved the breakfast options and that definitely made the trip great.

Cons:

The room seemed a little run down with the couch and chair being very beat up and worn. The beds were super uncomfortable leading us to wake several times during the night each night we were there. They were lumpy and you could actually feel the springs. The bathroom also wasn't very clean- there were spots in the shower that easily came up with just rubbing them so I don't feel like the room was the cleanest.

Good value if staying off of the strip
Pros:

We loved the shuttle drivers! They were personable and informative. We used the complimentary shuttle to the strip several times. There was a great variety for breakfast, hot and cold. We had a good view of the sphere from our balcony. The hot tub was huge!

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating but they were clean and room service came daily while we were out. I wish they provided complimentary coffee throughout the day instead of charging $5/cup 😕. There is no airport shuttle so we had to use Uber.
The area is not great. We would not recommend walking around but the hotel itself seemed safe and secured.
