Lovely relaxing environment and pleasant staff; make sure to ask for your car an hour ahead!
Pros:

The staff upon arrival and for turn down service was wonderful. The room is always so well thought out. I really like having slippers and a robe, although there was only one robe for some reason. The shower is great and everything is very comfortable.

Cons:

The car service was way too delayed upon leaving. I waited 45 minutes for my car and was late to my destination because I didn’t anticipate more than a 20 minute wait.
I would have appreciated the option to not have a mini bar fridge, just have it empty for some take out.

Exceptional
Pros:

We came to visit NYC on vacation. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice/safe part of the city. We stayed in a king suite. It was very clean, comfortable, and had any amenity you could possibly think of needing. The shower was amazing and the room was very nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is a short walk from the Twin Tower Memorial and Pools, Statue of Liberty Ferry dock, and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

It was excellent!
Pros:

The overall cleanliness, the smell of the place! I felt safe and so comfortable!
Amazing bedding, the blackout curtains, i could list a number of things really.

Cons:

Not so much about the property more so i was disappointed to not find toothpaste in the bathroom.
On the bright side, as soon as i called the concierge they sent me a kit!

Classy, Comfortable Conrad
Pros:

This is my 4th visit in 20+ years & still has that clean, modern vibe that every girl would like. Perfect position for moving around NYC. Special shout out to Rene & his team for making a successful New Year’s Eve party, DJ, canapés & drinks flowing all evening so rounded off a perfect New Year celebration. Thank You guys . Amazing shower & Byredo products.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le quartier au bord de l'eau, près de Battery Park, Brooklyn, la One Tower etc...
Pros:

L'emplacement et l'hôtel est magnifique.
Le personnel très serviable.

Cons:

Bien que les suites soient grandes, notamment pour NY, la salle de bain est minuscule, sans pouvoir accrocher les serviettes... et la douche relativement grande.
Voisins du dessus très bruyants, la sécurité est allée les voir et ils ont répondu que c'était le vent.
On reconnaît quand même les pas lourds etc...Bref, ayant dit que c'était le vent, on a dû supporter 7 jours de vacarme.

Pros:

The overall experience was good l, front desk and housekeeping were exceptional!!

Cons:

The food and beverage operations need to introspect .
The bar lounge on the top floors have no table service or the staff have decided not to provide that at all . The breakfast service is slow, servers lacked ownership and no guest would like to be given an excuse of being short staffed as the reason for slow service.

Cons:

Suite accommodations were excellent! But when I checked in I wasnt informed about the facilities like the movie theater and when I arrived with family no bell hop helped us unload luggage. There was only 1 service person while multiple patrons were waiting for service.
