Lovely relaxing environment and pleasant staff; make sure to ask for your car an hour ahead!
Pros:

The staff upon arrival and for turn down service was wonderful. The room is always so well thought out. I really like having slippers and a robe, although there was only one robe for some reason. The shower is great and everything is very comfortable.

Cons:

The car service was way too delayed upon leaving. I waited 45 minutes for my car and was late to my destination because I didn’t anticipate more than a 20 minute wait.
I would have appreciated the option to not have a mini bar fridge, just have it empty for some take out.

It was excellent!
Pros:

The overall cleanliness, the smell of the place! I felt safe and so comfortable!
Amazing bedding, the blackout curtains, i could list a number of things really.

Cons:

Not so much about the property more so i was disappointed to not find toothpaste in the bathroom.
On the bright side, as soon as i called the concierge they sent me a kit!

Exceptional
Pros:

We came to visit NYC on vacation. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice/safe part of the city. We stayed in a king suite. It was very clean, comfortable, and had any amenity you could possibly think of needing. The shower was amazing and the room was very nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is a short walk from the Twin Tower Memorial and Pools, Statue of Liberty Ferry dock, and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
