Hospitality Done Right
Pros:

I travel all over New York for work, and Conrad New York Downtown is hands down my favorite place to stay. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed—the staff truly goes above and beyond. The level of customer service is unmatched—attentive, genuine, and focused on creating a great experience.

The property is always spotless, and any request or issue is handled quickly and professionally. This has become my number one choice when visiting New York. It’s one of the few places I walk into and leave with a smile every single time. Highly recommended.

Not a great sleep
Pros:

I really like Conrad properties. The negative on this property is the rooms aren’t quiet. There was way too much street noise zzz. The hotel - a former Embassy Suites - has Conrad high end touches in the big room. The bar is very good, albeit pricey. The location is good for downtown, but I would argue the rooftop bar should open earlier in the season. It’s a good option if you’re that far south in Manhattan, but it’s not a great Conrad property.

Great Staff
Pros:

The staff! Maya checked us in and gave us all the info for our stay. Eric got us situated with parking and our bags! Sandrea made our experience feel special. We are already planning our next trip back!

Excellent service!
Pros:

Great service, Richie took care of us from the beginning with a very welcoming reception, an excellent room and great recommendations for what to do in the area. Up until the checkout, they made sure that during our stay, our needs were taken care of. Sandrea wrapped it up with a nice bow at the end, making sure we left with a smile!

Great hotel

Great hotel with nice rooms, even they are not so big as you might think of suites. But the quality is very good and the hotel is really quiet.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación a pesar de no ser un lugar tradicional. El servicio de limpieza al cuarto funciono perfectamente, a disposición del huesped. Me ha pasado en muchísimos hoteles que por alguna cuestión pasamos algún día sin servicio. Ni bien realice la reserva, se contactaron vía mail del Hotel poniéndose a disposición para la llegada y demás cuestiones relacionadas con el viaje. Gran tamaño de las habitaciones. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Al momento del check out, pedi un late check out y la atencion no fue del todo cordial. Nos cobraban el precio total de la noche por 4 horas adicionales. Ni siquiera tuvieron en cuenta que al ingresar pagamos tarifa ful por una noche que no dormimos en el alojamiento. Sin embargo, luego de un segundo llamado nos dieron dos horas adicionales para contar con las instalaciones.

PRETTY PERFECT!
Pros:

WAY BETTER THAN EXPECTED!

As a lifelong New Yorker, it’s hard for me to be impressed… but this hotel absolutely nailed it! It was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, had exceptionally professional staff, home to a fabulous restaurant, and the suite had an amazing shower. Even the bed was incredibly comfortable. Keep up the great work, guys!

An amazing stay! Conrad New York is fabulous
Pros:

An absolutely amazing hotel in New York. Conrad hotels have always impressed me, but this one in New York is outstanding. From kind and courteous customer service particularly from Solomon who was friendly, helpful and courteous, I can see why this hotel stands out among the crowd. Gabe was fantastic and very funny as well as helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and location was top tier to getting to Brooklyn and Battery Park to see some amazing sites such as the Statue of Liberty.

I recommend breakfast at Atrio on site.

Overall, it's a 5 star establishment and two thumbs up for Conrad New York.
