Cons:
Some cleanliness concerns (carpet, peeling paint in bathroom)

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Rooms are generally clean but multiple guests noted carpet concerns and an aging bathroom (peeling paint, older tub) which lowers the cleanliness perception.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, respectful and accommodating (late check-in assistance, attentive service), a clear positive across reviews.
Location
8.6
Mentioned as a great location in at least one review and not criticized elsewhere; considered a solid positive for this property.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are described as updated, comfortable with good beds and well-equipped (kitchenette in some rooms); some negatives like low toilets and slippery shower reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
8.6
Good amenities reported (kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, ice machine, plenty of free parking); however an internet/TV outage was noted by one guest.
Value for Money
8
Perceived as good value (included breakfast, free parking, guests willing to return) though isolated issues (internet outage, dated bathroom) temper the score.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is frequently praised as great or excellent, though a few guests called it just 'ok'—overall positive but mixed.
Overall Experience
9.1
Most guests report a positive overall stay ('comfortable', 'absolutely impressed', staff wonderful), with a few service/maintenance issues that don't dominate the overall impression.

Pros:
