Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviewers describe the hotel as extremely/super clean and newly renovated; one isolated issue noted (unclean fridge with previous guest's yogurt) but overall very positive.
Service
9.4
Staff consistently described as friendly, pleasant and helpful (check-in smiles, attentive breakfast attendant); some comments about understaffing at breakfast but service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.5
Several mentions of a convenient, well-located property (close to highway, good for stopovers) and relatively safe parking — location sentiment is clearly favorable.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as comfortable, modern and quiet in many reports; however there are notable negatives for some (first-floor echo/noise, intermittent mechanical drip, small microwave, occasional maintenance issues).
Amenities
9
Good amenities cited (pool, hot tub, TV selection, buffet breakfast, fresh ground coffee). Some shortcomings: no in-room coffee maker reported by several guests, small microwave, and locked/poorly located toiletries.
Value for Money
8.7
Mixed mentions on price — some guests felt rooms were pricey for reported issues (noise, early-morning hallway beeps), while others found the convenience and condition acceptable; slightly below average relative to other categories.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast and coffee repeatedly praised (excellent spread, fresh ground coffee, wide buffet selection); only minor notes about cramped breakfast area during busy times.
Overall Experience
9.6
Predominantly positive overall stays (repeat guests, clean/comfortable, friendly staff, good amenities) with some isolated but impactful negatives (first-floor noise, occasional maintenance) that did not dominate the overall sentiment.
