Excelente ubicación, precio, confort y amabilidad
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de zonas turísticas y sistema de transporte. Instalaciones limpias y muy confortables. He tenido la oportunidad de estar dos veces en este hotel y sin duda me alojaría nuevamente allí

Nah zum Fährhafen
Pros:

Für uns war die Lage genial, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fähre nach Uruguay.
Weil es zu früh zum Frühstücken waren, bekamen wir Frühstückspakete mit.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y esta ubicado en una zona centrica, cerca de retiro y de puerto madero.

Cons:

El.hotel podria modernizarse un poco, el.baño podria tener mas productos de aseo personal, el espacio destinado para servir el desayuno es muy pequeño en relacion a la cantidad de huespedes. El.hotel tiene acuerdo.con un estacionamiento que se encuentra a 8 cuadras.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach für ein 4 Sterne Haus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich bis aufs Frühstückspersonal. Wir haben drei Mal uns Beschwert, über Tiere im Zimmer, die Lampe im Badezimmer war wie Disco. Ging gleich zwei Tage nicht. Kein Entschuldigung, und beim Check-out keine Nachfrage ob hoffentlich waren sie mit dem Hotel zufrieden.
Hier werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal übernachten. Bei Ankunft und bei Abreise wurde uns nicht mit dem Gepäck geholfen. In Santiago wurde uns die Tür aufgemacht. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht
