Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room was very large.

Cons:

Tub was moldy. Shower head leaks therefore no pressure. Tub doesn’t drain…standing in 6 inches of water while showering. Noisy hallways. Room above us was extremely loud. Woke us up throughout the night. Children jumping off bed and running around room possibly?? Called front desk to complain, but nothing was done. Food blah.

It was clean, staff friendly

Cons:

I was in room 113
The people above me must have had children that were jumping on and off the beds until late in the night- like 11pm - 12 am
I called the office at 10 ish - they did call the people staying above me- instead of stopping they escalated- then they turned on the TV- LOUD-my room was trembling
I called the office again- they again called the people
No change
Finally around 1 am they stopped
I had to be up by 6 am to prepare for a 14 mile hike- a training hike for the MAKE-A-WISH fundraising hike I will be doing in May
Then I went for breakfast at 7am - posted breakfast time was 7 am
They had all the carbs but no eggs or meats - I waited until 7:15 when I had to leave to be on time for my 14 mile hike/ very disappointing and not acceptable

I expected to be reimbursed for this awful night

Convenient location, good breakfast, decent WiFi, room was decent

Cons:

Cleaners could pay a little more attention to small details. There was a used k cup in the coffee maker and someone’s eyelashes stuck to the bathroom floor. One front desk lady was ranting morning and night on the phone in a very unprofessional manner making it awkward.
