Mostly okay, partially disappointing.
Pros:

Had a good interaction with the lady who makes breakfast. Mostly clean.

Cons:

Fridge didn’t work, toilet barely worked, pillows were lumpy and needed to be replaced. Breakfast is clearly reheated from the day/days before. We paid extra for the suite and the fridge didn’t work properly meaning we paid extra for no reason at all.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and easy to find parking with short distance to door. Also, no bad smells in room. Great staff! Pleasantly surprised!

Cons:

Only complaint would be extra towels needed in bathroom and tub/shower combo could use an update. It looked dated.

Cons:

I was charged a $50.00 deposit on my credit card on top of the booking price quoted. The desk clerk said that is a typical charge. I have NEVER been charged this fee. She stated that once checked out and the room was inspected with no problems, the $50 fee would be removed. PLEASE CONFIRM THIS. THANK YOU

The bed was also as hard as a rock. Please email me confirmation of the above supposed deposit fee/refund.

I have a great experience staff make the difference of this hotel.
Pros:

This is not a new hotel, but the rooms and the common areas were very clean. The front desk person received us very welcoming, The pool is nice, clean and the water had the right temperature. I went with my grand kids and they enjoy very much.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have enough toilet paper and it was in the night. There were nobody at the front desk. we could not fine somebody to help us. When I was a college student I work at front desk hotel night shift. Now hotel do not have a person to take care of people. What happens if there is an emergency?
