Good location. Room needed some TLC.

I have a great experience staff make the difference of this hotel.
Pros:

This is not a new hotel, but the rooms and the common areas were very clean. The front desk person received us very welcoming, The pool is nice, clean and the water had the right temperature. I went with my grand kids and they enjoy very much.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have enough toilet paper and it was in the night. There were nobody at the front desk. we could not fine somebody to help us. When I was a college student I work at front desk hotel night shift. Now hotel do not have a person to take care of people. What happens if there is an emergency?

Besides the bathroom the room was okay.

Cons:

The shower was terrible!!! It was disgusting. If I didn’t bring shower shoes I wouldn’t have even gotten in the shower. I didn’t even close the shower curtain because it looked like there was black mold on the shower curtain. They upgraded the vanity and mirror but not the shower. STUPID. My sister killed a bug in the bathroom as well. It also smelled like cigarettes, the moment the hotel doors opened and all through the hotel. Small parking lot.

Comfortable bed. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The handicap bars were not well placed. None in the shower. One was placed behind the toilet. One was placed close to the v tub, but you can't reach it from the tub.
