Very nice hotel.
Pros:

All of the common spaces were clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. Location was convenient on major highway but not noisy. There is a good Chinese restaurant next door to the hotel.

Cons:

As for the breakfast, there were not a lot of guests, so the breakfast bar hot food was no consumed quickly so not as hot and fresh as it could be.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. I know the staff must takes great pride in their work by how welcoming and clean the faciliy was from the front desk to the rooms. The continental breakfast area was spotless and well organized. I was very impressed with my overall stay and will definitely stay again.

Great stay and would definitely recommend this locaiton.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, both days had fresh hot food with a decent selection. Comfortable sitting area and was able to enjoy hanging out with other family members staying at the hotel. Very clean and location was central and close to our event.

Cons:

The air condtioner in the room was inconsistent and did not seem to work as well as it should have been working. The room would not stay cool at times even when it was adjusted.

Staff was excellent. The lady who prepared breakfast went out of her way to accommodate my husband's dietary needs, unable to eat food with dairy.

Cons:

I thought it was strange that at checkin I was told the room wouldn't be cleaned , no housekeeping while we were there. Would have to request extra towels. Garbage left in room for 2 days
Must be Holiday Inn policy because I saw staff cleaning empty guest rooms.

Front desk staff very friendly! Troy can train others as to what great custom service should look like.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. The property was clean.

Cons:

I think they were short staffed so I had to call a few times to get clean washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels and to get our room freshened up.
