Holiday Inn Express Köln-Troisdorf by IHG

Parking was easy but cost 15 euros per night. The room was comfortable but the lighting was super-dim!
The breakfast was excellent and had numerous choices.

Really good visit, Staff were very helpful and listened to our needs.
Newly opened adjoining Turkish Restaurant was also a bonus.
Had a night at the hotel both going & returning from a trip to Austria. Bed was very comfortable and Breakfast was a real treat!!

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working. I attempted to contact reception, but the phone in the room wasn’t functioning either, which made it difficult to report the issue or request assistance.

Additionally, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom a basic amenity I expect from a hotel of this standard.

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns around the world and have always had positive experiences, but this stay fell far below expectations in terms of service and quality. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (sechs und zwei Jahre alt) eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war durchweg super nett von der Rezeption, Frühstücksservice und Reinigungsservice.
Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, gerne wieder und vielen Dank an das Personal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

It was a very nice stay, the reception was helpful and nice. Breakfast is good as well . The only thing is that , the shower actually is not for 4star hotel level😁, my opinion ✌️.

Clean rooms. Just off motorway so convenient for overnight stop.

Outdated and dirty property. Elevator was not in working condition. Air conditioner not working well.

All went well. Conveniently located. All the services required during a trip would be right beside the hotel.

Stay was fine; however I left an item in our room and have been reaching out to get it back for over a week now with no response.

The only downside is that the hotel is far enough from markets, restaurants and stores (although it's a 1 minute walk from a Subway and McDonald's, but I'm boycotting these) and from the closest tram station, which is 15 minute walk away (Spich station).
The phone in the room didn't work unfortunately - I couldn't even call the reception.

Good value. But to advertise it has AC is misleading. Very warm rooms. But overall value was good. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer sehr sauber und schöne Wohnausstattung. Frühstück, sehr viel Auswahl und frische Nahrungsmittel.
Sehr zum empfehlen.
