Pros:

The room over looked a bar with noise from patrons and music. I had requested oceanfront. Apparently the room was originally for someone else because their name was on.tv. I took a picture of it. When I told the receptionist there was no assistance on.a different room.

Cons:

Receptionist act like its a bother to check in. Plus charge for parking

Great Location in Isle of Palms
Pros:

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room A/C units can be a bit loud at night but not too bad. It's not a fancy place but beach access is unbeatable! The other big selling point with this hotel is the central location. You can park your car once and walk to the entire central Isle of Palms area! Can't beat the location. We enjoyed our stay and will make this our go to hotel in IOP.

Location location location
Pros:

This hotel is centrally located, sandwiched between restaurants, across the street from shopping and of course right on the beach. If you can avoid bringing a car, I would suggest it. Parking is tight and limited and you really don’t need a car to get around.
The staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to help make your stay more comfortable.
So why only 4 stars? Well if I could do 4.5 I would-only negative is our door stuck and we had to fight with it to open.

The convenience to the beach 🏖️ The continental breakfast; the outdoor pool; restaurants right next door on both sides and more of them up the street - walking distance; the shower was very nice with great water pressure; We were able to see the beach from our room, partial ocean view from our balcony;

Cons:

There is limited parking spots in the basement but they have parking lots across the street available; Some of the reception staff were less than welcoming but they did the bare minimum to get by; We did run into a bit of an issue with our room but it was rectified to our satisfaction, it just took longer than we felt that it should have.

Disappointed
Pros:

The location was unbeatable. Right on the beach and walking distance from bars and great restaurants.

Cons:

Our room had no window which was not disclosed prior to booking, we found out upon entering the room. The AC hardly worked and was more of a humidifier, making the room extremely dry since there was no window access. The price we paid was not worth it, however the location helped.

The beach access would be the only reason we would stay here again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed that the hotel was centrally located to a lot of places we ending up going. The beach access was the best.

Cons:

We didn’t like that our sheets on arrival had stains and hair that wasn’t ours. Every time we’d check the sheets after they’d been changed, there were always stains and strands of hair that weren’t ours. Also, the floor was constantly sandy, on arrival and after the room was “cleaned”.

Location very busy and pricey

walking distance to the beach stores and restaurants

Cons:

The front desk agents do not have any personality and not personable at all. When asked for a couple showers items, they don’t even acknowledge you. They just go look for it and then hand it to you if they have it. The shower body wash was pretty much out the day we checked in. The hot tea water was lukewarm and breakfast was quite lame. Parking is horrible under the building. You pay a ton of money for parking alone and it’s not even regulated nor
telling people to move their cars over, so two cars could fit instead of one. There were no pool towels available at the pool. The stairways are really nasty and need paint really bad. The elevator is very slow.

We had an amazing time at the Isle of palm's. It's a great beach. The Palms hotel is also great.
Pros:

The location is amazing.You are right on the beach. The atmosphere is really nice.Also, there's all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance.So you don't have to drive in your car unless you want to. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I think for an oceanfront hotel. The room prices are very reasonable.. The cleanness of the hotel rooms and the hotel are excellent.
To me, there was no noise level. The service was excellent if I needed anything, they would get it for me. It was nice having room a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and a coffee maker. The continental breakfast was very good too.

Great views
Pros:

Can’t beat the view from the Palms balconies! So close to the beach!. Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff make for a great vacation!
