I didn't eat the hotel breakfast. Maybe next time. But I like the variety of restaurants in the area.
I saw a spider in the corner on the curtains, and the coffee maker didn't work so I unplugged it and it worked in another socket.
The location.
The rooms were not very clean (even after house cleaning), staff unfriendly, $100 early check in fee, the doors do not lock properly, poor security on the facility, bed and pillows were not comfortable.
Beautiful place I felt like I was in the Caribbean’s good food beautiful beaches just a gorgeous place
The front desk host, Tamia was really nice and allowed us to check in a few min early. The room was big and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable
The parking garage under the building was super small and the cost to park there as well as across the street was the same price. The room was really expensive but I didnt mind it because I thought I was getting an ocean view which i did not. The air kept going out in the room and it got extremely hot throughout the night. And unfortunately the walls were paper thin. I heard the guy in the next room to us sneeze. Thats how thin the walls are. I dont think I would stay again for the price I paid but if cleanliness is what you're looking for, this is the place for you
Everything.
Sa situation
La chambre aveugle sans fenêtre!! Et le prix
It was clean and in a nice location
Room was not comfortable, bathroom was cramped, parking was not ideal and I could not get a response from the property regarding an item I left in the room. I tried to call and message the property through the booking app.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! I had read some of the reviews before we got here. They made me very apprehensive! After we got here was pleasantly impressed!
While it’s not a brand new building it is clean and very polished in rooms. Brand new bathroom, nice balcony with brand new sliding doors! Smells clean and wonderful when you walk into the room which is the first thing I noticed.
While staying here my refrigerator had a leak. I grabbed housekeeping and they were right on it. While gone to the beach they sent in maintenance. There was a problem with the slider that we didn’t mention and they fixed that to!
I had mentioned it was my birthday and our anniversary. When I returned there was champagne a card and a stuffed turtle!!
Also had left my wallet behind while I was at beach and though it was in plain sight with money in it nobody touched it!!!!
This is a GREAT PLACE!! Wonderful stay ! Highly recommend!!!!
Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.
Where to start… There are more rooms than onsite parking spaces so we had to park across the street and walk our luggage over to the hotel and up the stairs (unless we wanted to wait a lifetime for the elevator to finally arrive). Stairwell smelled like smoke. Our room was described as, “Standard King, partial ocean view.” I guess that was accurate. Very standard (nothing special) room with a partial ocean view if you leaned out from the balcony and looked to the right just so you could see a distant “partial” view of the ocean. Inside was very plain, but did include stains on the wall and an A/C unit that kept waking my wife up all night as it was the loudest unit I’ve ever heard. Smallest bathroom we’ve ever seen is a hotel. You literal could not close the door unless you moved to the left or right past the toilet bowl. Even the USB plugs next to bed didn’t work on my side.
A perfectly good sea front hotel within striking distance of Charleston. Parking is limited but an overflow facility is provided close by. The star of our stay was Chrissie from the maintenance team. I had our passports, flight tickets and cash all secured in the room safe when the batteries failed and it locked me out. Chrissie was prompt, efficient and highly skilled at accessing our valuables and saving our return home. More importantly, Chrissie was kind, courteous, polite, respectful, and great fun as our conversation covered everything from tools and maintenance to world travels. What a star to have on the team. Please pass on our sincere thanks.

One of the beds had public hair and body hair, along with small blood spots, all over the sheets. The carpet was full of sand. The room was dirty. There was a pen and trash on the floor. It appeared someone had stayed there and staff just made the beds with the dirty sheets. There was a used tooth flosser on the shelf. The sink wouldn’t drain and had low water pressure.
When I went to the lobby office the first night to talk about the sheets being dirty, the clerk didn’t care and told me to go with her to get new sheets. She opened a nasty utility closet that had cleaning supplies and toilet plungers and said to grab some more sheets myself. I grabbed one that was in an open bag and showed her it had dirt and a stain on it. She argued with me over them being dirty and was annoyed. She told me to get different ones. When I got to my room, one of the sheets given to me had a 2 ft long tear in the sheet. The next day I told the front desk I was canceling the other 5 days of my reservation the clerk never asked why I was leaving early, how my stay was, nothing. I asked for an emailed invoice and never got it.
The breakfast had two pancake machines that didn’t work. The lobby run in the seating area was caked with sand. The pool was full of bird poop and birds swimming in it.
I will make sure this review goes on every site possible. I have never had a worse hotel experience, but I’ve stayed in worse hotels, so that says something. The entire problem with your hotel is staff who don’t care a single bit about customers and are there to collect a paycheck and nothing more.
