The staff really make this a wonderful place to stay
Pros:

All of the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. And you cannot ask for a better breakfast, especially an included breakfast

Cons:

I wish there were more towels in our room, though I'm sure I could have asked for more. And one out of the four outlets by the bed didn't work. But I chalk that up to normal wear and tear. And there were three others

Cons:

We booked a jacuzzi suite, paid extra for the jacuzzi and it was broken. The facility advertised a jacuzzi room knowing that all the jacuzzi tubs were broken and being replaced during their renovation. When we went into the room, it smelled like B.O. and the bathroom had hair on the sink and in the bath tub. We immediately went out to registration to cancel our stay.

Great stop and convenient for weary travelers.
Pros:

Great staff. Wonderful, quiet room. We had been driving 7 hours and this was a perfect place to stop. The breakfast was fantastic! The location was perfect for us, easy access to get on the interstate towards Indianapolis.

Clean and comfortable, nice place to stay.
Pros:

They are undergoing renovations, which will be great when they finish. However, they make sure your room is clean and comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. Breakfast was better than most and staff there were super friendly!

Pros:

Clean an friendly staff!
Breakfast was good as well!!!

Cons:

We wished we new that they were doing renovations on there property
We had a hard visit to Harrison if a death in the family and it was hard to come back etc to listen to hammering
We understand that they need to get things done etc but it was hard
