Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kimball by IHG

Extreme lack of parking. Booked here online with no notice of having a boat being an issue. Had extremely rude staff and was told to back down the street in an abandoned parking lot. With zero way to guarantee vehicle safety. Decided to take the loss on the no refundable room and go elsewhere

The man at the front desk was very nice, the room clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. And the hot breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Was in Kimball attending my sisters funeral. Stay here because it was most convenient for us to get to the funeral home and cemetery. This place is beautiful. Very clean but most of all the staff there is very friendly and accommodating. One person in particular I would like to give a shout out to is Donna from the dining area. Each morning we were greeted by Donna with her happy smile and big welcome attitude. Felt like I was home. The food was great! Not the same as other buffets I’ve had from Holiday Inns. That could be because Donna it from the heart!!!! This is my place to go from now on when I’m down that way! Thank you Donna for making this trip a bit better on us. We will see you again. New place for our family reunions 😊

2nd time in a month that an IHG property in TN overbooked and we were booted out of the room we selected online a month prior. At least this time it was just a downgrade from a suite to a basic room. Still that is a 10,000 point a night difference. Front desk said sorry not sure how it happened and to make sure we would get our 500 points as platinum members. Sure only 20x more and it could make up the room difference. Saw a bunch of internet service trucks so guessing they booked most of the hotel. Do better IHG

Driving from MO to FL as every year x 4 months with my husband. We don’t have a schedule, stay at some place when tired.
Had a great dinner at Jasper, this hotel was just 3 miles from the restaurant.

Rooms need to be updated.

Very clean and extremely comfortable

we drove over to the Mexican restaurant and had a nice dinner. It was surprisingly good food and very efficient. Also very kind people.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Breakfast had lots of very good options hot and cold. Staff nice and helpful.

Ok for the price

Full of lady bugs inside the room. Hot water was sparse. Pressure to the second floor was extremely weak. Shower was slow but bathroom sink was a trickle. Room 229. I took a picture by the window sill. Loaded with dead bugs. Obviously with the shade down it went unnoticed by housekeepers

Only problem was a barking dog a few doors down
