She was very informative and made my check-in very smooth! The room was great, the shower pressure was perfect (the shower curtain was a bit short but I made it work) but the room was very clean and the bed was the BEST bed I'd ever slept on at a hotel EVER. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you will be staying longer than 1 night. It is 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte and worked out great for us going to the Metallica concert there. I will DEFINITELY book here again when I come there for future visits!

This was a convenient stop on my way home, and I chose it off the Expedia point system. I found the place to be clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the front staff and hot coffee.
