Enjoyed my stay, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Clean property and rooms, sufficient carpark facilities, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets, big rooms that are well maintained.

Cons:

Only one of two elevators was working which meant half of the guests always had to take the long route to their rooms. No option to walk up the stairs to our rooms so we all had to wait at one elevator.

Me gustó la limpieza que había en las instalaciones y sobretodo la atención al cliente del personal, tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos la cambiaron sin problema!

Cons:

Quizás la ubicación que está un poco lejos de todo y el acceso a las habitaciones, que es mediante un ascensor SI O SI y no va muy fluido.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I need to stay at an hotel. You will not be disappointed!!

Cleanliness, wonderful staff, free parking-lots of parking, spacious rooms, great fast WiFi, I also love that it includes both a fridge & microwave in all rooms to make stay more convenient.

Très déçue de mon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel gentil, accueillant & serviable.

Cons:

- chambre qui sent le cannabis, je ne comprends même pas que la chambre puisse être vendue

- pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre

- pas de ménage pendant 5 jours, obligés d’économiser les serviettes et de sortir les poubelles soi même, du jamais vu

- si vous êtes claustrophobe comme moi, hôtel à fuir, car on ne peut que prendre l’ascenseur (dans lequel je suis restée coincée)

- j’ai voulu prendre les escaliers pour éviter l’ascenseur mais je me suis retrouvée coincée dans la cage sous peine de déclencher une alarme si on ouvrait la porte pour retourner à l’intérieur, je suis restée coincée 20 minutes sans que personne ne me vienne en aide dans les escaliers

Very disappointing stay due to safety concerns, mold in the AC system, poor room conditions, and lack of resolution desp
Pros:

The location was convenient and the exterior pool area appeared maintained. However, overall the stay was very disappointing compared to the cost.

Cons:

There were several serious issues during my stay. The air conditioning unit smelled strongly of mold, which made the room uncomfortable to use. The refrigerator also did not stay cold enough to properly store food. The walls are extremely thin, and loud stomping and noise from other rooms continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.

Additionally, there were major safety concerns. During our stay there were multiple shootings in the surrounding area, including one incident directly on the premises that required the sheriff’s department to investigate the scene while guests were present. This was extremely alarming and made us feel unsafe.

Despite these issues and previously raising concerns, no discount or accommodation was provided. I spent over $1,000 for this stay and the experience did not reflect the price paid.
