It was okay but wouldn’t return.
Pros:

It was a good enough location , short taxi drives to and from main attractions like manhattan beach and more. The staff were lovely and the pool was a bonus but did look better in the picture shown on the booking. The room was spacious.

Cons:

We stayed here for 5 nights and our room was situated at the top floor on the very end of the hallway, you would think where no one else would be, nice and quiet. Two out of the five mornings we woke up to big knocking on the door but no one there when we opened it. We did feel unsafe and the same goes at night , a lot of noise that i don’t know if it was guests or not. There was alarms going off early in the morning too which awoken us. There was a few bugs crawling around too but nothing too major. No housekeeping was done, we slept in the same bedsheets for 5 nights and we had to bring down our dirty towels and ask to exchange for new ones , twice. I think for the price we should feel safe and have a comfortable and clean bed and towels at least every second day.

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est
Pros:

Parking gratuit avec bcp de places

Cons:

La literie est horrible on s’est réveillés avec un mal de dos atroce, petit lit qui grince etc
Pas de shampoing ni gel douche, pas de sèche cheveux
Chambre qui fait vraiment «  motel », pour quasi 200€ c’est pas du tout qualitatif

É relativamente perto da maior parte das atrações turísticas.

Cons:

Além do barulho constante durante a noite mal chegamos o chuveiro da casa de banho estava cheio de cabelos e pelos de outras pessoas.
Tentámos deixar passar e limpar nós a casa de banho, após isso informaram-nos que o quarto seria limpo de 5 em 5 dias, ficamos lá 9 dias e o quarto só foi limpo no último dia da nossa estadia.
Enviei uma mensagem para o alojamento e fui direitamente falar com a funcionária da receção, foi-me respondido que o eu tinha recusado a limpeza do quarto o que é totalmente mentira, e que a limpeza do quarto não era garantida.
Não gostei da atitude e menos ainda de tentarem enviar a responsabilidade para os hóspedes quando se trata de algo fraudulento.

Un séjour au top un accueil au top, juste le nettoyage des chambres qui n’a pas été respecté

Bryan qui nous a très bien accueilli

Cons:

Les femmes de ménages ne passaient presque pas pour faire nos lits, changer les serviettes de bains, et remettre du papier toilettes…on a déjà demandé à quelqu’un du personnel de faire un tour dans notre chambre et de nous remettre du papier toilettes mais personne n’est passée sur les 10 prochains jours
