lovely place to stay in Leeds City
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, blue badge parking right by front door, nice breakfast. The staff were lovely - special mention to Poomah who was in the Restaurant for breakfasts. What an absolute gem and a real credit to your hotel. She was absolutely wonderful with my mum who is 90 and was very caring in helping her to her table from the self serve buffet breakfast. And so smiley. Thank-you!

Cons:

If i have to be picky, the air con in my room was a bit noisy. Otherwise nothing.

Handy location for University visit, reduced cost parking available. Great breakfast, helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast per guest was great, with a good range on offer - hot and cold food options and good variety of drinks, with plenty of seating available and a clean area.
Room was generally very clean. Good free Wi-fi. Nice shower/hand wash included. Great to have a car parking space for 24 hours at the hotel and at a reduced price (with a code) for guests. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The kettle seemed stained/mouldy inside at the bottom so I didn't use it. If there hadn't been a breakfast, this would've been a problem! Free breakfast per guest was great, but the price paid for the room was quite high, so breakfast seemed paid for not really free!
Beds reasonable, but not very comfy. At night there were doors being slammed fairly frequently.
