Pros:

We were happy with everything. On arrival the staff member was welcoming, friendly and very efficient.
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was plentiful, hot and enjoyable

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful ladies on reception. Clean and tidy reception area and bar. Room clean had everything we wanted and was quiet at night
Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Bit of a walk from the centre, wasn’t a problem to us as we like walking but would have been difficult in bad weather

Very reasonably priced, staff excellent, breakfast very good
Pros:

Buffet breakfast, lots of choice.
Room very clean, however, there were two lights that did not work in the room, the one above the mirror and one of the bedside lamps.

Cons:

You needed to get a taxi from the train station, it was a bit of a far walk, not really what I would call city centre.

Great value. Izabela is superstar.
Pros:

Good location, clean and breakfast included. Reception staff very friendly. Izabela was amazing talking through check in and parking. Air con in room so all top banana.

Pros:

I only stayed one night for work. Regular hotel room with a nice standard breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The heating unit wasn't working in my room so a staff member brought in a portable unit that worked great. I wished there were outlets close to the bed. The light in my bathroom left flickering, it was a bit scary at times but it only did that sometimes, not all the time.
