Exceptionally welcoming and very clean
Pros:

Exceptional value for money. Iliana was so welcoming, she made it feel like home from home. I would come back just based on our interactions with her.
The team were so lovely to us and also to the dog, offering a bowl and a goodie bag … and after our 5 hour drive this was a lovely touch . Truly wonderful staff who treated everyone like they were very welcome, not just us. The food was good both dinner and breakfast. Also the cleanliness in the room was fabulous particularly given it’s a dog friendly room. Well done all round !

Cons:

The bathroom could do with updating is all I could fault for the value

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was a good size and the shower was spacious.

Cons:

The kettle didn't work, and neither did the remote control for the tv.

Some guests were quite noisy, so I had a bad sleep, and the duvet was quite thin.

Pros:

Quite goof location to city centre but a 25 min walk

Cons:

Room was too warm and air con wouldn’t switch on. Way too noisy with the window open to sleep.
Shower dust drain so had to turn it off periodically to prevent it flooding
