Wow breakfast looked lovely when we came down , everything looked fresh and it was 8.15 and breakfast starts at 6.30 sometimes we've been away and breakfast can look a little dry , there was plenty to choose from and even grab bags if you were in a rush, we were about 10 min walk from the centre and it's a nice walk , air-conditioning wasn't working and it was in the extreme heat we had in June , but was given a fan in our room and left bottled water and an email was sent a day before explaining why , so they have tried to get it fixed , staff were so friendly and smiled 😊
Pillows we're a little hard for me but you can't please everyone , there was something a lady had left in my bathroom bin but when I mentioned it to the desk it was removed stright away , that was the only real mistake cleaner should have emptied the bin .

The rooms need sound proofing and silent door closing. We were kept awake by next door having their TV on until 3 am. People coming back to hotel in early hours and talking in the car park.

I stayed Monday through Friday in June to attend a conference at Leeds Beckett University. I requested a quiet room and got a lovely, air conditioned one on the far side from the dual carriageway.
I dined on one night and it was lovely. Service very efficient, as it was at breakfast too.
It was lovely to chat to Izabela and Nikki during my visit who also gave me great recommendations 🇮🇪🇵🇱

From the start, with friendly, helpful service with cold water on 'tap' at the reception, we felt welcome, well looked after. It was unseasonably hot, but the hotel was cool, as was our room.

Unfortunately, my wife was booked into this hotel during the recent UK heatwave. She was looking forward to her air-conditioned room (as advertised), but upon checking in, she was told that all in-room AC units were broken. Their only solutions were a basic fan or a refund if she didn't like it. Your comfort and convenience are clearly the least of their concerns. They should have had the decency to inform guests immediately when such a major issue occurred during a heatwave, rather than expecting them to scramble for alternative accommodation at 7 PM when checking in.

The carpet was absolutely disgusting with horrific dried in stains. I couldn’t take my shoes off even coming out the shower I would go straight back in them. Air con wasn’t working during heat wave either. No telephone in the rooms. Got a refund for 1 night in writing (yet to appear in my account) but Ultimately for over 100£ a night a serviced apparently will be better I’m due to co to Coventry ina few weeks but will be changing into a serviced apartment
Breakfast was terrible. Plastic egg, under cooked bacon...I don't know how you can get bacon and eggs wrong.
