Nightmare of a stay
Cons:

Sofa bed full of disgusting stains, when I asked at 11pm for a duvet and bedsheet for the sofa bed was told I’d be charged extra and it was my fault I didn’t inform the hotel before hand that I needed two separate beds for both adults. Was told I could go in a twin room next door I was absolutely tired had opened up all of my suitcase and it was 11pm, I didn’t ask for anything crazy but was continuously told by someone who looked like they were intoxicated or high that I’d be charged extra. I’ve been to this hotel at this branch many times and have always been treated so well, this Fred guy and the lady were horrible.

Good place to stay with breakfast and parking
Pros:

Staff from cleaners to receptionists were friendly and approachable. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

Cons:

It would have been good to have the option of fried eggs instead of only scrambled

Pros:

Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was as described, clean, and comfortable for our two nights. Basic amenities but that was all we needed! Breakfast and the restaurant were good. A handy place to stop overnight when travelling or attending an event and not needing any super particular.

Cons:

The location was a little out of the way but Ubers were cheap (in comparison to London) and easy to find into the city. There is also a bus stop nearby however we did not utilise this.
