My family and I had a lovely 2 night stay
This was our 3rd stay here.
The location is perfect for attending the Man City Game as only less than 10 minutes in the car to the Etihad Stadium
30 min drive into Trafford Centre too.
Parking is also a bonus.
The rooms were clean and tidy with toiletries in the bathroom although we always bring our own. There is an Ironing board with iron which is handy if needed. Room was comfortable TV and kettle if want that wee cuppa with tea and coffee.
Temperature in room great there is also a fan if the weather is hotter in summer.
Had a great sleep beds were comfortable.
Our stay included Free Breakfast in the morning with a selection of Hot food, cereals, pastries and fruit. Juices and Hot drinks too.
The staff always go above and beyond
So friendly and helpful.
Spotlessly clean in reception area and nice to sit and unwind there is alcoholic beverages and soft drinks also available to buy.
Security spot on with entry only by the key card.

We had to make a very late-in-the-day booking but all was correctly registered upon arrival and staff could not have been more efficient, understanding and friendly; you get what you pay for and were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, expected cereals and continental given modest size of hotel but good to have cooked breakfast.
Hard to criticise as our stay was excellent but scrambled eggs were a 6/10 rather than a 9/10 but honestly, this is nit-picking.

Excellent staff, went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible
We had a very noisy room near the restaurant area, we wondered why there were a pair of ear plugs by the bed. We soon found out when we got in bed, some sort of electric motor was humming away all night. Felt wrecked in the morning from the lack of sleep, thankfully there was an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning to make us feel better. The hotel was clean but a bit tired and needed a refresh.
Room was good along with breakfast and our meal in the evening.
