Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty nice on the inside and out. The lighting in my room was great

Cons:

When I entered my room there were dirty towels and crusty washcloths behind the door. The woman at the front desk was short with me. I called her at one point to ask if I was able to door dash and pick it up from the lobby, all she said was "Um, yes?" and hung up when I said thank you. I got there pretty late and wanted to swim after a long day. it was 10pm, the pool says it closes at 11pm. So why did she tell me the pool was about to close at 10??

Convenient to interstate. Many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

This hotel is tired, and needs a tune-up. Not as nice as other Holiday Inns. No soap/body wash in the shower. Bathroom door stuck on the floor.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly...room was clean....breakfast was good....now for the negatives....room (#214) is showing its age...several pieces of furniture need replaced...chair/couch type had a broken spring...bed was very "lumpy"....would consider staying again but would also look at other alternatives.

Nice location, terrible room odor.
Pros:

The location is great, very convenient!

Cons:

The bathroom smelled so strongly of urine, if my eyes were closed I would’ve thought I was in a nursing home. There was also extensive brown staining in the bathroom ceiling and on the air vent, which may have been the origin of the odor.

Overall it was okay. They need to make sure all appliances are in working order before renting out the room.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that the pool was a indoor pool and it was freezing like I’m talking about my kids couldn’t swim because they were shivering cold. And the chlorine levels were too high it was kind burning and itching our skin. My refrigerator door seal was broken so I had to turn it against the wall to keep it cold

Overnight rest from a long drive
Pros:

This was a last minute trip to move our youngest graduate from WVU. The comfortable bed was welcome relief after a long drive through the snow storm. Staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, everything we've come to expect in Morgantown.
