Reliable stay, great staff; the facility needs to remember the little details matter

Entered room at check in and was too cold

Morning continental breakfast not as good as prior; juice machine didn’t work well- too much water in substance ; bagel stale all of them were hard; no yogurt no hard boiled eggs

Won’t stay at a Comfort ever again, or for those prices!
Pros:

. There wasn’t much we did like.

Cons:

The place was dirt, and unclean everywhere. The lobby and hallways were the sign of how dirty this place will be. Our shower and tub were gross and moldy. The shower head holder was broke. So non of us took a shower. We had some towels that we questioned were even washed. The couch cushions had in clean spots on it (looked like spilled liquids). Not happy about staying here and we won’t ever be staying at a Comfort ever again

Breakfast was just OK in comparison to other places. There was no one attending breakfast to be found for questions or help. Thankful for food however!

Cons:

Looks nice from the lobby, but the rooms were dated. The beds were terrible, blankets weren't thicker than a bed sheet. It's an ok place to stay for 1 night. The couch was worn and appeared dirty.

Great Facility, Some Room for Improvement on Employee Part
Pros:

The location was great, the facility was nice, and no complaints from anyone in our party.

Cons:

I called twice ahead of time and spoke with the manager. The first time was to make sure the card I originally reserved with would not be charged, because the card I needed to use would not allow the charge to go through online with my bank.

The second time I called was to change the reservation to my friend’s name, since my son woke up sick and I wanted to make check-in easier for our group. Both times I was told the changes were noted on the account.

Unfortunately, when our party arrived, neither of those changes had been made or documented.

However, I do want to say thank you to the male employee working that night. He took the time to fix everything for our party and made all the necessary changes. We really appreciated his help!

Our room was not serviced at all when we arrived at 9pm. We went back to the front desk and was given a different room. The room smelled so bad and then we pulled out the sofa bed our son was to sleep in and it was disgusting. We decided it would be better to sleep in the car then stay at that property.

Worst experience
Pros:

We decided not to stay, we he room and facility were dirty that we asked to be checked out.
The room was not changed over from the previous guest. Bed still had hair in the bed and woman’s clothing on the floor.

Felt like a motel 6, not a suite
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

No toilet paper in the room, stains on sheets and towels, dirty baseboards and bathroom garbage can. The toilet seat was worn. Only two tiny towels even though we got the double queen suite. The exercise room was out of service. The pool had no water and was out of service. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and when we looked at it with phone light to get it to work, it was dirty and moldy in there. Breakfast had no milk, or refrigerated food, hardly anything out for breakfast. The outside door should have been locked to the outside, but wasn’t so anyone could walk in.

Friendly staff and a good value for a short stay.
Pros:

Very friendly staff who greeted me warmly and seemed genuinely kind. They were there the next morning and said it was nice to meet me in a genuine way. I felt welcomed.

Cons:

The room I stayed in what handicap accessible. The bathroom needs to be updated to actually be accessible for someone in a wheelchair, e.g. install a toilet paper holder and lower both the shower head and shampoo/conditioner containers to be within reach. I didn’t need these accommodations but someone who does wouldn’t be able to reach.
