Short but sweet
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, especially the fresh fruit options. Our room was enormous, much larger than other HIEs where we have stayed. The hair dryer and luggage stand were appreciated.

Cons:

The noise level was pretty loud, perhaps because our room was near the elevator.

Pros:

Good location and pretty quiet, our room felt like it had been renovated some time in the last 10 years. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No overhead lighting in the room, our room had windows facing the parking lot on the first floor so we couldn’t open window for light. Some parts of the room were a little dirty (tv,jet tub)

Great customer service.

Cons:

The rooms were very unclean. The light fixtures on bed were piled up with dust. Carpet in rooms stained. King jacuzzi was dirty. Grout in bathroom around toilet, sick, tub falling apart. Dressers, desk had stains from previous stay. Telephone in room wasn’t working.
