Pros:

Location and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was not a coffee pot in the room, and there was a light in the room that flickered and I could get to it to turn it off.

Great customer service.

Cons:

The rooms were very unclean. The light fixtures on bed were piled up with dust. Carpet in rooms stained. King jacuzzi was dirty. Grout in bathroom around toilet, sick, tub falling apart. Dressers, desk had stains from previous stay. Telephone in room wasn’t working.
