Felt like home.
Pros:

Hotel was updated. Rooms were spotless and every employee we met from the front desk to the lady helping with breakfast was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fast and sufficient. Tony, the manager, made us feel welcome. Rooms had a grab bar in the shower and high toilets which are a bonus for we older folks.

Comfortable,clean and compromised stay!
Pros:

I like that it’s a decent hotel to stay at when we have an event at pnc music pavillion it’s a great place to go to and enjoy time there as far as the location, food areas, shopping, and entertainment it’s a great place. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great especially considering it’s part of the stay. I don’t have hardly anything bad to say about the 2 times we have booked with this hotel, excellent for the price as well.

Cons:

Our air conditioner was having some trouble but, we told the front and they said they would look at the issue when we left.

Pros:

The front desk staff were wonderful! There were some technical issues during check-in so it took a little while but it's not a big deal and it's not their fault! Lori (or Lora?) was very sweet. The room was nice and it was conveniently located to the convention center and several places to eat.

Cons:

The breakfast options were lacking. We got there an hour before breakfast ended and they were already putting stuff away. No fruit, no yogurt, no bagels

Super clean. Smelled good. Updated and modernized in the rooms and even had black out curtains. Helpful and friendly staff. Good hot breakfast in the am. Love how close it is to everything!

Cons:

The only real complaint I have about the property is the fact that out of four levels two ice machines were either gone or missing. We were only there one night so it wasn’t TOO annoying but any longer it would have been.
