A nice place to stay with high marks for satisfaction!
Pros:

It was clean, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good with lots of options. The water bottles given at the front desk were appreciated. The person who checked us in was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.

Cons:

I asked for adjoining rooms and did not get my request honored. Our rooms were close however.

Ok stay but I wouldn’t come back.

Breakfast good! Coffee excellent

Cons:

Employees helpful but dress inappropriate. Be nice to see decent clothing. Elevators need cleaning. Rooms not deep cleaned. I had to wait on towels to use cause staff took them to wash. Is that all you had??? No sense to me

I want choose this hotel next time I’m in Charleston.

Cons:

Arrived in the room they gave us first to find it was never cleaned. Next room they gave us appeared to be a last thought room with a paper room number. This room was located on the first floor by the exit door that slammed loudly every time someone entered and exited. This exit door was not even locked so anyone could come in and out. The tiles were falling out of the ceiling in the side entrance. Breakfast was just another let down. Juice machine was broke, warm food was not actually warm, bare minimum available. The waffles were the only thing worth eating.
