Booking se equivocó

Todo... en realidad tenía buena puntuación en booking pero es un hotel con muchas defic8encias las instalaciones son viejas, el elevador medio funcionaba, nos dio un susto porque se detuvo a la mitad entre dos pisos y luego no quería abrir, los cuartos huelen a mucha humedad, estan limpios pero el olor esta ya impregnado desde los pasillos y en la habitación,, el desayuno bufete demasiado simple y servido en platos desechables ( habia un evento deportivo y mucha gente pero no es justificacion) la comida mala, todas las mesas sucias el personal no se daba abasto. La política del hotel es que solo te acepta 2 niños menores de 12 años por habitación asi que no pudimos estar juntos, de verdad creo que requiere mucha atención este hotel. No debería tener la puntuación que le dan en booking

I Stay es un buen sitio para hospedarse cuando vayas a Victoria

TIENE UNA EXCELENTE UBICACION Y FACIL ACCESO AL ESTACIONAMIENTO PARA VEHICULOS, INCLUYE EL DESAYUNO. EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE Y SERVICIAL. REGRESARIA SIN DUDA.

LAS INSTALACIONES NECESITAN SER MEJORADAS, LA LLAVE DE LA REGADERA FALLO, EL AGUA EN MI OPINION NO ESTABA SUFICIENTEMENTE CALIENTE Y ALGUNOS MUEBLES SE VEN BETUSTOS, QUIZA DEBERIAN REEMPLAZARLOS.
