Not so clean. Think there should be time slots for pool, very crowded. Kids and adults. Breakfast sucked. Had to switch room jacuzzi was cracked leaking water.

Tried, no thank you Greatful needs serious updates
Pros:

I am Greatful for the great things it came with but hotel was horrible, everything is torn up. Nothing work and everything was broken

The restrooms, king suite, plugs coming out couch bed broken power socket broken, ice machine bathroom horrible no remotes, and staff is aware

Nothing the property had no electricity and I am currently still awaiting a refund from BOOKING.com

Never Again
Pros:

Location is perfect for getting downtown or to the airport.

Cons:

Rooms were outdated, chipped paint everywhere. Not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub or have a shower. Trash left under our bed before we checked in. The refrigerator froze all of our drinks and everything exploded. Staff was hard to find during business hours. Rang the bell and nobody ever came. And the bed was awful. Terrible dip in the center. Definitely wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I wasn’t made aware that there is a refundable deposit prior to booking, I wasn’t prepared for this and had to get cash for the deposit because they wouldn’t accept my bank card for the deposit because it isn’t a major bank (chime).
