Staff was super friendly!

Property was great. Negatives: When we checked in we were sent to a room that has not been cleaned. Then when we went to go get changed to another room we were told by the front desk staff that we were being reassigned to another room that "was the same" as what we had reserved. Went to that room and it was a double queen instead of a king bed. Had to call the front desk again to get moved and they said they would call us back to find us a different room. When they called, the manager apologized and then said we were being assigned the double queen room. I then asked for a room with a king sized bed and we were moved for the second time. All this took about 1.5 hours and we arrived a full hour after check in time. I asked about any discount for the inconvenience and was told by the manager that "there nothing I can do since you booked through Orbitz". Not a satisfying answer or experience.

Comfy bed, great staff, good breakfast, walkable to shopping, restaurants, easy and reasonable port shuttle.

The safe went above and beyond my expectations.

Clean room, very friendly staff crew

We stayed before and after our cruise,
the airport is not far hence they have airport pickup and drop off.

Florida is very warm at this time, proximity is convenient.
The hotel is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and bus stop (which is few minutes to the mall with more shops, restaurants and the beach).

The team is very warm, hospitable and helpful.

The rooms are clean, beds very comfy which made it hard for us to leave it. Lol

They offer a free shuttle but if you want to be on time for your flight you better think twice about this property! Scheduled a free shuttle for 3pm asked the front desk what was going on. Had one shuttle show up at 3:15 but was going to the cruise port and pointed us to the other shuttle bus that would be taking us. He got in the van, started it, looked at us, pulled out, and drove away. We asked what the hell is going on with the front desk. They called him immediately and he stated he was already at the airport when he had literally just left. It took 45 minutes for him to return and was insanely rude to us and threw our bags into the van. The front desks acted like they could care less and were very rude. Only gave us a $10 refund. Do not stay at this property!

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also very nice that breakfast was included with our stay.

My only comment is that the tissues in the tissue box in our washroom were oddly all moist.

There were pleny of shops and restaurants nearby. A short ride to beaches. We walked thrre, but a bit of a trek.

Clean room , smelled good furniture could use updated ( broken and didn’t align up from bein broken! Special notice to wonderful breakfast ladies and the check in desk lady very kind and cool and kind with the lobby crowd!

Great staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel is close to lots of shops. Breakfast was great!
