Exceptional Lodging
Pros:

I can't say enough about my stay at this hotel. My Boyfriend had been admitted to UAB Hospital in the ICU & I needed a long term stay that was convenient to the interstate & the hospital. This location was PERFECT! The Hotel Personnel were EXCEPTIONAL. They were Very Professional and Caring & Kind to My Circumstances. Several Times During My Stay the Staff went Above & Beyond to Help Me! When You are Rattled to What Life Throws at You Unexpectingly ; Experiencing a Little Kindness is Welcoming! I will be Forever Grateful!
The Hotel is Conveniently Located to Many Good Restaurants & Shopping Opportunities. Morning Breakfast & Coffee is Provided while you stay. The Beds were Comfortable & the Location is Safe & Clean!

Fine for a night while passing through town.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Room had an overwhelming mildew smell. No blackout curtains. Walls and door of the bathroom was not clean and wiped down. Breakfast and coffee machine was lackluster compared to the good reviews.

Pros:

The room was huge, also the bathroom. Position is near Birmingham but not inside, which was very nice for a night of sleep and resume the roadtrip.

Cons:

The shower didn't work very well. It was too hot or too cold. The gym was small, which is ok for these kind of hotels, but it didn't provide towels or air conditioned.

The female desk clerk on Saturday was great. She was very helpful and understanding.

Cons:

The beds were horrible. U could sit down, and the springs would patrud on the size. When you would lay on the bed, it was lumpy and uneven. The room smelled like wet shoes and feet. There were never enough towels at the pool, and when staff was asked to bring more, it took over an hour for them to be brought to the pool

We stayed here overnight during our road trip from Aurora, Illinois to Florida. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming.
