Staff very friendly and helpful very clean place food good

Cons:

Just one thing headboard on bed was made of wood and cut at angle so mum how is disabled hit the back of her head 2 or 3 times do maybe charge head board

The breakfast spread was not at all good repetitive and they did not make an effort to give an omelette on request as well very prompt in saying plainly we don't do omelette.

£30 extra for a dog is a bit excessive

Good location, fine breakfast.

Cons:

The carpet in the room appeared filthy. They charge extra £30 for a pet, which is not explicitly outlined on Booking. If I knew that when booking the place, rather than only reading about it in the welcome message, I could find something else in this budget (110 rather than 80)

Ok, room was as expected but breakfast was not
Pros:

Rooms very clean, basic as expected and the beds were ok, nothing special but I slept well enough. Blackout curtains were very good.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful, all the hot food was dried out and clearly the cheapest of quality.
