Typical beach hotel great for one night
Pros:

The price was good for the one night that I was there. The front desk clerk was very accommodating. The smoke detector kept beeping, because she was there alone she move us to another room

Cons:

It was a little bit run down could used some upgrades on bed. One bed was clear to see that previous guests sleeps on the same side so the bed was sunking in

Not really what I expected but at least everyone was nice.
Pros:

Close to the ferry. The people at the front desk were happy and polite.

Cons:

We couldn’t park in the parking lot due to not enough spaces for rooms in the hotel. The trash in our room was not changed. And there were holes in the curtains and chairs. It was old and a little dirty. Very small rooms.

Great hotel.....just need to shore up the parking situation!
Pros:

Always clean and breakfast is good. Staff is also very nice

Cons:

NO PARKING available .....stayed for two days and my car was parked under the entrance overhang. There were cars parked all over the place in the RED fire lane and out in the street. Kept waking up during the night looking for parking for my car. Have been a customer of this hotel for the past 9.5 years and this was TERRIBLE. Noticed that some people had TWO cars parked for two people.....this is unfare for those peope with just one car which is what is allowed. Please do something, I am on my way there again today to stay the night and hope that my car is going to be in a safe parking slot. Thank you in advance for your cooperstrion. Pros:

The room and hotel seemed pretty clean we were on the first floor and didn't see any other floors. the outdoor pool area was clean. the grounds around the hotel were fine. Breakfast was just your normal run of the meal instant scrambled eggs, waffle and cheap sausage (that most hotels in the area have) for hot food. bread items and fruit for other food. overall would maybe stay there again.

Cons:

My bed was lumpy so I pulled the sheets back to see why and it really needs to be replaced. this hotel is not ON the beach, it's far from it. you really have to walk a great distance across the main road through a lot of other property to get to a beach or just drive.
