Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Goshen by IHG

Staff very friendly and accommodating, hot breakfast was amazing with alot of options to choose from. Rooms were very clean. The only problem we may have had was they only had sheer curtains on the window. There was a security light outside our window that shined in the window at night. Otherswise this hotel was very nice.

Stayed in room 201. Very noisy as doors closed and poeple above at midnight to 2 AM. Otherwise, beds were nice and clean and rooms adequate.

This is a nice place to stay if you’re going through Goshen. The breakfast is still omelettes, biscuits and gravy, cereal selections. Beds are nice and soft. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need refreshed, looking little worn

Customer service was not pleasant or friendly. Our door was open upon a late arrival along with 4 other doors on the floor. We needed additional towels and called down and no connection to front desk.

Beds were comfortable.

I made my reservation about 4 months in advance. Specified that I required a 1st floor room with 2 queen beds & a roll in shower. I was advised to contact the hotel directly to request that. I did that immediately & was told my reservation was confirmed as requested. I checked monthly & was assured it was set. Again I called the hotel directly the day before my reservation & was told my room as requested would be ready. Upon arrival on 8/23/25, the lady at the front desk said the I reserved was not available because the guest staying there requested an additional night. She saw that I had my severely handicapped granddaughter with me & she could not be bathed without a roll in shower! When I said that was unacceptable (in a calm voice/tone), she told me to calm down. She also threatened to call the police!
I had no other choice except to find a different hotel!

Check in was great. Breakfast was great.
Some of the exercise equipment was not fully functional. The sink in our bathroom needed some serious drain maintenance. Would still stay again.

First impression pulling into parking lot wasn't great. Weeds etc in beds. Just unkept. Overall was a fine stay. Comfortable beds. Place was quite.

Nothing amazing. Just a very good hotel with clean rooms, a decent breakfast, and a decent price.

The pool was not heated and was very cold. Very disappointed with regards to the pool. The tub in the room when taking a shower would not drain properly. Believe that it should be taken care of. The pool was the biggest disappointment.

This property was ok. My friend said it was two years old. For being only two years old the building was pretty run down. Stains on the ceiling, floor, tub, under the sink. Elevator was rickety. Pool heater was not working and water was ice cold.
Now for the good. Sheets were nice and clean, room appeared clean, breakfast was amazing. The lady that was preparing the breakfast was very nice and made sure everyone had what they needed.

Our visit to your hotel was very good but didn’t start that way. We walked into our room which was as far as we could get from elevator and on top floor. I didn’t think about it til we were in the room but the toilet was way too low. I have terrible trouble with my knees so I wish I had mentioned we’d like a handicap friendly room but it was too late and I didn’t want to cause a problem. The breakfast was fabulous. I’d return for just or it! All things worked out in end so I’d stay here again if in the area. The hotel also seemed emaculate. Nice employees trying hard!

Suggestion: If bedding for the "day-bed" is not provided in the suite rooms, instructions on how to obtain should be given--multiple trips to the front desk should not be required.

Our room was very clean. The facilities was well kept. The exterior landscaping needed a little tidying up but overall pleased with our stay

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, quiet location for the most part, decent breakfast. Cant go wrong for the money.

Very nice, up to date property. Large, clean rooms. Spotless breakfast area.
