Excellent and will look forward to my next visit
Pros:

Room 19, problem with the heating in the room not providing heat, but the team responded excellently by providing a remote heater, which supplied adequate warmth for the room

Cons:

First room on the 1st floor had no heating. When complained the staff were aware. We were moved to a second room on ground floor. Which unfortunately had a group of young guests who banged doors talked, laughed and generally misbehaved all night. After politely asking them after midnight to be quiet they just continued. Sadly I then had to go to reception who were aware of the situation as others had complained. But nothing happened and hence no sleep all night.
I complained to the duty manager the next morning who was aware of the problem and offered to reimburse through booking.com. Most disappointingly we received no reimbursement and no apology.
