Cons:

I always stay in holiday inn express no matter where I travel. Usually the facility is in great condition. Our room was outdated, and beds were uncomfortable. Found a huge roach in our bathroom and looked like the bathroom was cleaned weeks before or it had been under construction. Parking was a nightmare as well

Good breakfast

Cons:

Room was dingy, walls were chipped and smudged. The sofa bed was old and dingy. It was uncomfortable. The pool was packed with people who were not guests. They were the children of staff. Not once did anyone come in and monitor the non-guests or replace towels, etc.

The location was nice. So was breakfast. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival the front desk was not very friendly. My room was also not the cleanest, and there was a gross red stain on our sofa bed when pulled out and opened. Also hair in the shower upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express!
Pros:

The rooms and beds were nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower heads were horrible. If the shower heads were replaced with better water pressure and removable heads with cords to rinse it would be a much better shower experience.

Pros:

The room was cleaned to a good standard every day. Staff were friendly. The health centre wasn't too bad

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and got boring very quickly. The laundry service took almost three days and staff couldn't give me an update.
