Holiday dropped the ball on my stay. You don’t want me to add pictures.
Pros:

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Consider having bacon with biscuits and breakfast.

Cons:

I requested a ground floor, email that I recieved said my request was accepted. The 1st room was unacceptable. As soon as I opened the door I could smell cigarette smoke. I close the door and headed to the front desk. The second room I could not get the door to open. Went back to front desk and they made a new key. Second key didn’t work and the front desk clerk came to open it. After 2-4 attempts it finally opened. Needless to say I had to deal with that for three days. AC wouldn’t not cool the room, it needs to be serviced. The light switch in the room wouldn’t turn the light on, most likely a burnt out bulb. SMH, all of this is unacceptable especially from a Holiday Inn.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, overall condition of the room and comfort of the bed was great.

Cons:

Bathroom could use a bit of updating. Cleanliness of shower was a bit below standards. Room was not refreshed with new towels, wasclothes and toiletries after first night. Overall cleanliness of room was okay. The whole room looked like it needed a good vacuum.

Felt ripped off paying for a room with a spa tub and getting put in one with no tub at all.
Pros:

The staff was nice. Room clean.

Cons:

Paid for a room with a spa tub. Room had no tub at all, only a shower. Felt ripped off. Continental breakfast was not super good most days. The sausage is nasty, the potatoes were nasty, the gravey was nasty. Otherwise the breakfast was okay, biscuits great. I went to the front desk to tell them we had specifically paid for a room with a tub and they told us we couldn't be moved as they were booked solid and I had gotten the square footage I paid for... The bathtub was the only reason I even paid for the bigger room. So again felt ripped off.
