Fred made our trip great!
Pros:

Fred was an amazing front desk clerk. He helped my family feel comfortable and at ease with the issue we had through Booking.com. The staff was nice and our room was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

A hot tub would have been nice.

Never again. Always walk in and act like you don' have a reservation but you just want to see before

Breakfast was a joke. Sausage was not done, eggs were water, and juice was water downed.

Cons:

Wow the rooms were scary. I almost walked in without paying yet just to see what I imagined when I pulled up. We have these types of hotels in Cincinnati; they are called drug spots. The elevator was on the verge of breaking down, the bathrooms were dirty, and the beds were all springs. I have never experienced a hotel this bad for a while. And to pay 200 plus was outrageous. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

Molte cose a partire dalla scarsa accoglienza e scarsa assistenza della reception.
Problemi con ascensore che non funzionava. Le macchine del ghiaccio non funzionavano. Arredi vecchi ed obsoleti, così come letti e cuscini.
Inoltre avevamo una stanza con 2 queen size ma erano due matrimoniali francesi molto più piccoli !! Ridicoli i saponi e gli shampoo in bagno per qualità e quantità . Sicuramente non un tre stelle !!! Ed il prezzo altissimo per una struttura di così basso livello !! Vergognoso !

Comfortable and clean hotel at a good value.
Pros:

Great location near I75. Pleasant front desk rep and check-in was smooth. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels of similar facilities.

Cons:

I received a weird request via What's App several days prior to my stay asking me to confirm my check-in and that my stay would be canceled is I didn't confirm. My hotel stay was paid in full before I arrived. Therefore, I ignored the request. I am still puzzled as to why and how I was contacted via What's App. Please explore how this happened as it could be fraud linked to Booking.com.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Room 121 had water drenched carpeting with loud humidifier going all night. Room phone out of order to call front desk. No ice in whole hotel.
Was told next morning that room 121 should not have been in use. Wayne said he would comp our room.

Lovely bed and tub

Good stay for the money
Pros:

Renovations on our floor shows an improvement over the old carpet downstairs, paint a great relaxing color on the hallways. The staff made a trip to our room when we had problems with operating the Television remote. The staff was welcoming and available. The breakfast included fried eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, cream cheese, a variety of bread, sausage Pattie's and grits. Fresh and hot. The room and public areas of the hotel were immaculate. Good stay for the price.

Cons:

The beds could've been more comfortable.
If you are trying to restore a cast iron tub, have it done properly, instead of spray painting it. It takes away from the other areas of improvement. Update the electrical plugs to accommodate USB.
