Met our needs. Clean enough. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient.
Pros:

Convenient for where we needed to be, and the price was competitive compared to other hotels in the area

Cons:

The elevator was very, very slow and rickety. The room, cleaning and towel service was inconsistent. Sometimes the towels were left and folded. Sometimes we were missing towels. Sometimes they gave us fresh soap. Sometimes they did not. It was very uneven.

Good value, the facility amenities and staff were awesome!
Pros:

Staff and property were great! Breakfast is full breakfast, clean rooms, quiet. Staff is super helpful.

Cons:

Our King bed in Room 120 was awful. Needs replacing, you can feel the springs/ coils .

Fred made our trip great!
Pros:

Fred was an amazing front desk clerk. He helped my family feel comfortable and at ease with the issue we had through Booking.com. The staff was nice and our room was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

A hot tub would have been nice.
